I guess it depends on how easy it is to draw the card? Should be good for rogue maybe?

Looks like a fun card! Will probably see play in standard but not in Wild so much.
If anything, I would think Wild would be better for this. Togwaggle's Scheme and Tak Nozwhisker was a thing in standard.
Both meme-y and yet looking plausible for the stat lines. Especially in arena?

every aggro/ tempo deck will use this and when you highroll turn 3 + draw his wife bottom right for opponent

3 for 6/14 in stats is pretty solid. Granted you gotta draw the wife, but still

who is his wife ?
Mankrik's Wife refers to the quest "Lost in Battle" in the Barrens, in which Mankrik asks you to find his wife, who fell in battle.
Mankrik's wife is very far away from him, and he offers almost no directions to her location. There is also no NPC called "Mankrik's Wife", as she is called "Beaten Corpse". This results in almost everyone accepting this quest resorting to asking for her location in Barrens general chat. This becomes extremely annoying, as Horde characters spend large amounts of time in the Barrens, and hearing the same question repeated over and over and over again tends to drive the somewhat more experienced players a tad irritable.
