This will be highly utilized in any questline build. You just trade it to help complete the quest, and then once you drop Demonslayer Kurtrus, it now becomes an Arcane Intellect at anytime, not just when drawn

Arcane Intellect but often better. And the Tradeable really helps Need for Greed with the discount. Need for Greed seems really good in questline DH, but it does compete with Acrobatics. But still Need for Greed seems like a good card outside of Questline DH, maybe it sees experimentation in Deathrattle DH?
In wild i'm not sure it sees play, i'm pretty sure ODD DH prefers cards like Acrobatics.
Probably not good. 3 mana draw 3 is always a good card...but in a class where drawing is never a problem where will this card fit? It cant be discounted when you draw it so its not even strictly better than Acrobatics in a quest deck and in all other dhunter decks its just Skull of Gul'dan all day everyday. The best part is that this card is better off discounted by skull and never traded back.
The only niche I can see is that its a tradeable card so in big decks it might be useful.

Needing for Greed gets you an automatic kick from group
Insane card draw. Being able to draw 3 for 3 is broken, but you can also trade it into your deck if you cant justify spending 3 this turn.
Questline support!
This one gonna be broken alright.
