Seems nuts to me in High level play, you already know your opponents decklists to begin with seems good in pretty much everything. Especially as they can use deck tracker in Masters. 3 mana 3/4 draw 3, and you throw your opponent off. A must for Thief decks certainly.
Solid 3 out of 5 rating for me.
