I see what you did here. We all see what you did here.
During playtesting the original effect was "Whenever you summon a minion with Taunt, give it charge" (please get it)
That would have been extremely OP. A bit fairer version could have been giving charge to all friendly taunt minions, that cost 3 or less.
Righto... but kinda no
