  I actually genuinely love this card and how it changes based on the board.  Wish there were more cards like this.

  Having seen all the effects, it is an overall good tempo card, but extremelly random

  Love the entrance animation, the effect is a nice interaction that haven't been explored before, like a real adaptation far more advanced that the Un'Goro one

  I honestly wonder if this is just straight up good enough most of thee time to be run in Highlander decks or just midrange decks in general.

  I love that they finally created a card that interacts with something else than just hands and decks. Great design for this card even though some effects are fringe broken.

  This is one of the coolest cards ever, and not cool but broken as Zephrys. I love it. Bonus points for the golden animation.

  This makes me think of how in the initial design of the game they wanted to make the board interactions actually affect the game, but thankfully opted to just make them fun little clickables with no effect on the outcome.  Now they've flipped that idea so that the card interacts with the game differently depending on the board.

  This will be a staple for tempo.  Realistically, I think it will have a long lasting place in most decks even as it rolls into Wild and ceases support on new stages.

  Classic Boards

  • Orgrimmar - Closest is Murkspark Eel minus 1 health no even requirement, but seems good still.
  • Stormwind - Shielded Minibot
  • Stranglethorn - Giant Wasp but 1 mana cheaper
  • Pandaria - A better Fallen Sun Cleric

  Expansions (Pre Years)

  • Naxxramas - A spin on Shallow Gravedigger
  • Goblins vs Gnomes - mini Toshley
  • Blackrock Mountain - Nothing like that, but closest comparison probably Fire Plume Harbinger
  • The Grand Tournament - Damn old inspire effects sucked, this one is at least good. I suppose comparable to Phase Stalker to a degree
  • The Museum (Explorers) - 2 mana Sir Finley Mrrgglton
  • Excavation Site (Explorers) - Adding weapon to hand is actually a unique effect

  Year of the Kraken

  • Stormwind (Old Gods) - Forbidden Shaping on a stick
  • Karazhan - 2 mana 2/2 generate a spell doesn't really exist, but seems ok
  • Mean Streets of Gadgetzan - Damn most of hand buff back then sucked, this one is actually decent...

  Year of the Mammoth

  • Un'goro - Pterrordax Hatchling at 1 mana discount
  • Frozen Throne - Arfus at 2 mana discount
  • Kobolds and Catacombs - two thirds of Call to Arms but at significant discount

  Year of the Raven

  • The Witchwood - Hunting Mastiff with extra health
  • Boomsday - Omega student, but there isn't enough omega cards to compare properly. Closest is Omega Defender probably
  • Rastakhans Rumble - Shiv on a stick or sometimes just a 2/2 rush

  Year of the Dragon

  • Dalaran - Well it is better than EVIL Cable Rat
  • Uldum - Shotbot
  • Uldum (Alt) - 2 mana 2/2 generate a spell doesn't really exist, but seems ok
  • Dragons - Transfer explorer but yeah similar to explorers from Dragons expansion but cheaper than all of them...

  Year of the Phoenix

  • Ashes of Outland - None of dormants do exactly that but pretty similar to Imprisoned Observer effect but no premium stats so a meh
  • Scholomance Academy - 2 mana 2/2 generate a weird card doesn't really exist, but seems ok.
