On a slow game it's a beast, if you manage to clear it then the deathrattle just give another big minion.

In Arena it is powerhouse, but probably too slow for contracted.
I was wrong about Bone Drake being used at all, but this does cost 8 mana to drop so perhaps a prediction of this not being used at all will remain.
