Yup, the timing was intentional: we wanted people to have some Vann/Drek lists to play with, so we pushed out the meta report as soon as we got our hands on them
On a side note, either Mr. Smite or Edwin, Defias Kingpin have a (very low, but still to be considered) chance to be touched in the upcoming balance patch.
Cloak of Shadows - Cost up to 4 mana. Cloak into Cloak into Scabbs is not something that should be allowed to happen.
Shadowcrafter Scabbs - Not sure Team 5 will nerf a Hero card so close to Alterac day 1, but there's a chance. If I were in charge of the devs, I'd wait some time and see if the nerfs to Gnoll and Cloak worked out, without risking to kill a class.
Incanter's Flow - Cost up to 4 mana. Printing this card was just wrong...
As for Wild... I genuinely do not know, but there are three main contenders for a ban:
If you ban Questlines, something else will take their place. Moreover, there's also the competitive side of Duels, which cannot be denied for the sake of memes.

Aaaand... all my intentions were betrayed. Deathrattle Hunter is one hell of a drug and I grinder around 100 wins with Hunter.
I also played some Thief Rogue in order to complete all the class achievements (not that it really matters, since I already hit 1000 wins).
It's unhealthy if they're oppressive beyond repair, which is not the case (not in all three, at least).
Questlines being unfun is strictly subjective: not that I disagree with you, but you cannot really bring this argument to the table.
