Regardless if this legendary is good or not, I'm so excited to try it! And with each new mini-set and expansion, there will be more Fel spells to play with. Here's hoping Blizzard printed a high cost Fel spell to release with this guy.
I always get excited seeing these Tess type legendries. They have so much potential and have to be re-evaluated every time more cards get added to the game. Also a nice big legendary to help push that control/big demon archetype
So Stonemaul Anchorman and Sword Eater are quite popular pirates. And I'm sure we'll get to see more pirates this expansion if blizzard is releasing a restricted damaging spell
So obviously this legendary isn't meant for face hunter. It's meant for a midrange beast hunter that values control more than aggression. Sure you can get more of him by casting Dire Frenzy, and there's the new epic card Rats of Extraordinary Size, but that might not be enough...
This is very good for practically any deck except spell druid. A little worse when pulled out of Guardian Animals coz it's already got rush. But this card might help that beast midrange deck become more playable.
So it seems fair for the cost. It's a Darkbomb with 2 Voidwalkers which equals 4 mana. It might see play in a new form of zoo, but 4 mana is quite high for zoo
So the range of 5 cost minions can be great like Ras Frostwhisper, or terrible like Blood Herald. It's an interesting card, that might be play in a more control or evolve archetype. Hard to evaluate till we still the rest of Shaman's arsenal this expansion.
So basically Swarm of Locusts but instead of rush you get +4/+4 for the rats that go to your hand. Kinda weird and this doesn't fit into any existing archetypes (which is just face atm). Need to see more hunter cards before making a judgement call, but right now it's just a bad epic
Well, the community complained that they wanted an actual win condition for priest, so here we are. But with all the disruption in the current standard pool like Tickatus and Mutanus the Devourer, I'm really not bothering by this. It's cool and will definitely see experimentations. Priest might have 2 new archetypes from one expansion, and that's awesome news!
The Fun at the crossroads event during the Forged in the Barrens reveal was only possible coz Blizzard gifted OoC with some giveaways. Let's hope it happens again
Varian is back! And he's still drawing 3 cards! Well, that's if you have a Rush, Taunt and DS minion in your deck. I feel like he is just a dual class card for Paladin and Warrior though, with some interesting deck building restrictions. He could see play in other classes that lack card draw, but then you'd need to add some specific minions and not many decks really run DS minions other than Paladin
So end of turn effects are inherently good and sought after on big minions by control warrior. I still feel this card can just randomly die if attacking a high attack minion. Might see play in a big warrior that's running Commencement but it's not really that amazing for a legendary, considering everyone is comparing it to Troublemaker
It's a decent tradable card. Also works well with the new druid legendary Sheldras Moontree, especially if you intentionally shuffle it back into your deck to be cast for free. Very nice control, defensive card, and they also have taunt, and are beasts, so hey, can also work with the failed taunt/beast archetype Blizz tried to push in FitB
Why Blizz bringing back deathrattle support after so long? It's a new shadow spell, so will see play in the new Shadow Priest archetype. Least you have a chance to find Lightshower Elemental and heal up
More mana cheating for a deck that loves mana cheating (aka Clown Druid). Very cool card, I'm sure it'll definitely see play, as long as Druid has lots of high cost spells. Only thing is, Carnival Clown won't get corrupted if a SotF was cast when drawn, so maybe this card doesn't go into that deck, or you remove the Clown
This is a very interestingly designed card. And as many ppl are suggesting, Perpetual Flame + Overdraft can be the nuts. This card also incentivises you to play more overload cards to get more damage. Also I'm guessing it's useless in other classes right? It would deal zero damage?
Oh hand lock and giants, I've missed you for so long. And with Backfire on turn 3, the fiend will probably be bigger than giants

Ah yes, the formidable Online-Station, where their site never works and their card reveals are always late 🙃

Is it really fluffy Turtles? Or actually fluffy Mal'Ganis?

Giving any specific minion rush can be very good, especially when playing a minion on the same turn. This spell may surprise ppl in it's efficiency
