I vaguely remember Dean mentioning in one of his Q&As that he would team up with Celestalon and they would go through each achievement to determine how challenging it is and adjust the achievement points rewarded on a case by case basis.
Mutanus is definitely on the same evil power level as Tickatus, especially when you manage to EAT Tickatus and watch your opponent concede. It's a very fun card to play, but I definitely recommend waiting till your opponent plays Taelan Fordring then draws their highest cost minion. I even hit a Y'Shaarj, the Defiler which removes that extra value warlocks have.
Quite interested to see decklists this time. Players have had less than 24 hours to experiment with the new cards, so it's likely they'll stick to old decks
Would definitely recommend opening packs AFTER purchasing the mini-set. Main reason being, it increases your chances of getting missing cards that aren't in the miniset. You ideally wouldn't want extra duplicates from the mini-set as they decrease the value of the mini-set bundle. I'd also recommend not opening any packs at all and save them for the next expansion (if they standard packs).
I didn't buy the mini-set for DMF and instead went the pack route, still missing cards 😒

I'd imagine for these scenarios, the ideal way to determine which bundle to show would ofc use a person's order history along with missing cards in a player's collection? Maybe even go further and use player game history to determine if they play standard or wild more. Blizzard would definitely have these stats.
I remember the Morgl skin was free back in the day, you just needed to get a friend into hearthstone (cant remember the exact steps). I'm assuming that promotion ended at some point
Very cool design around the Dormant mechanic. One of those few cards you want to remain dormant. It could give decks more options to go the control/value route, but ofc you can't guarantee which dream cards you get.

This deck is very painful to play :( played like 5 games and didn't get Plaguemaw the Rotting once. You need quite a lot of patience
I kinda see Felrattler as a Swipe for 1 less damage and 1 less mana. But ofc being a deathrattle makes it so much better for DH
