You don't have to disenchant it. They will give you the dust AND you can keep the card. Also, unlike nerfs, the disenchant cost doesn't rise with this rotation, it would still be 1600.

Only if you plan to disenchant the golden copies after the rotation. That way you will gain dust. Otherwise you would still be losing dust.

I believe Blizzard has said they intend to revamp more classes in the future, but in smaller scale than Priest. We'll see what ends up happening.
