If you do not have Solarium (Draw+Discard), swap in Malchezaar's Imp
& Fist of Jaraxxus with Expired Merchant so you can still discard w/o Soulfire

This deck was my first idea as well but then I realized that if my opponent bans Soulfire, I'm in trouble. Do people just ban something else then?
No, you're not. because they leave Solarium which is Infinitely better, than just Soulfire. Trust me I made this deck the moment the brawl went live, It's been my go to deck since it's inception. There is no "No win chance" no matter what they ban, you will win. I've played Soulfire,The Soularium, Silverware Golem, and Fist of Jaraxxus all 3 times we've had this Brawl.
In my first games they always seem to ban Fist of Jaraxxus , but it´s true, that it´s a big problem if they start to ban Soulfire . As Hydrafrog below suggested, possible out is The Soularium , but then there is huge risk of overdrawing and getting to fatigue real quick if you end up with full hand of Hand of Gul'dan so it didn´t really work for me :/
Take out Silverware Golem and put in The Soularium. It gives you draw AND discard
Cool idea, I´ll definitely try that, thank you :) My version is more budget friendly I guess, but with more wild cards.
