I almost wrote a paragraph about tiebreakers as well but as you said the line has to be somewhere and I didn't have any other proposition on how to deal with that. It is always going to feel bad going out on tiebreakers regardless, moreso if your tiebreaker was only 1 point worse like Feno's compared to Seiko's.
I interpret that list as Reddit does, so no Classic and Basic. Also Blizz must have edited that part of the blog after we took the quote, I don't think we ever edit the blog texts in any way.
Playoffs would have so many scenarios that I would've gone crazy trying to list them. Here are the somewhat-correct relegation scenarios though:
Americas:
StrifeCro needs to win both of his matches in order to have a chance of not getting eliminated. In addition, either ETC or Firebat needs to lose both of their matches to get eliminated instead. (StrifeCro will play against Firebat this weekend, high stakes).
Rase will at least need to beat Zalae and even that might not be enough (I'm too lazy to do that math). Winning both matches while Zalae loses both of his would be enough.
APAC:
BloodTrail was already destined for relegation even before today's matches.
Pathra needs to win both of her matches while blitzchung loses both of his. I do not understand the tiebreaker rules well enough to say for sure but she might already be mathematically relegated.
Europe:
Viper needs wins. One would get him into a mathematical mess I do not want to think about, two would be close to saving him. Orange and Swidz are other players in danger. Viper is currently losing to Orange as I write this.
The European winner of Season 1, Feno, needs to win at least one match, possibly both (as I said, not sure about tiebreaker rules). Bozzzton needs one win to guarantee safety while Seiko needs to either match Feno's record or he might even afford to lose one more depending how tiebreakers work. Feno will meet Bozzzton on Sunday.
Jaina seems to be feeling more fiery than usual. Pretty sweet portraits, eagerly waiting to see the rest (even though I'm nowhere near of actually getting any of them...).
I for one didn't know about that art change. I did kinda wonder how I hadn't noticed the arrows before when looking at the thumbnail but I figured I just hadn't paid too much attention to the art.
Sylvanas is definitely brutal in his deck, I got like 15 health off when he drew it and bit under 80 when he didn't. And I don't even want to think about Heroic yet...
I have to agree on the sentiment of final boss grind, especially when you don't get good treasures. I like that they're trying different things but it's definitely not my favourite so far. Don't feel as strongly about the twists yet, although this third chapter twist has kinda kept screwing me over.
If you mean the white parts of the quote block, those are tweets from pro players and casters (Sottle, Caravaggio, Bloodyface, Ranlit) that Iksar has been replying to, not from MrGnome.
Remove is a very interesting choice of word indeed. I just can't see them ever really removing anything. Completely change a card, yes, but truly remove, no.
Siamat is likely to hold its value best out of the three in the long run. I personally don't even like Darius that much.

Yes, the event starts at the usual expansion launch time (10AM PDT / 1PM EDT / 7PM CEST).
I blame our proofreaders for letting me commit that atrocity. Fixed now, thanks for pointing it out.
The timeframe of 2 months would match with the expansion cycle, so very likely yes.

That's on a separate section but yes, there's an image of MTG:A as well. There's no full image of the Pandaria board.
Yup, Tombs of Terror board.
Has anyone found any secret interactions yet?

Hadn't even thought about that interaction, it's pure value overload!

Click the link at the very end of this blog. The list is right at the beginning of the ruleset.
They sure are! Don't forget to watch or "watch" the matches to get your share of them.
Used the Secret Mage and got an easy win. Arcane Flakmage was the mvp there.
It does swirl slowly, you can see it in Blizzard's patch blog.
EDIT: And now in our card back gallery too.
