For tempo play alone, this will curve out most games.

Mhe, kinda boring on its own - can be good in the right build - but much more conditional. I wouldn't compare it to Twillight Drake, as don't see them belonging to the same tier at all.

Useful 1 drops are always abused, this one won't be an exception.
