I miss Secret Mage. It required thinking to decide which secret to play, and which card to play to trigger the mage's secret. There was a skill floor to perform well with it and against it that isn't present in Pirate Warrior or any other wild aggro deck.
Raza Priest used to be a personal favorite of mine before it couldn't keep up anymore. Definetely going to try it again, adapted to the current meta. Can't imagine it ever beating a Druid or Shaman though.
I suggest removing Soul Mirror. Having few cards between the highest cost card in your deck and Reno Jackson is very important when you run Polkelt. It essentially puts you turn timer before a full heal against aggro, and I doubt the average wild player will see it coming as it has been over a year since Raza Priest has been viable.
I think an in-depth guide for certain match-ups would be good for the average player and generate discussion. It could even be as simple as uploading an HSreplay and explaining why you made every play that you did.
I think Zelgadis' idea of discussing running a single copy of a card is pretty neat as well, though it does not seem exclusive to Wild.
Honestly, the whole Guardian Animals package (Teacher's Pet and Twilight Runner). It wasn't so insane and it has been a while since I have come across anyone running it. I just got really tired of looking at the art. TBF, I was kinda neckbearding the game when Scholomance came out so that might have something to do with it.
Honestly, Ashes of Outland was my least favorite standard set because I disliked Librams and T5 kept on pushing them so I felt pretty alienated from Paladin. I think I am personally going to miss Scrapyard Colossus because it was an enabler of so many different decks.
On PTCGO you have to click like 4 buttons to play a game, even after finishing a game. The fact that play is not hidden behind UI options is huge improvement.
I literally would never have realized the reason some normal deck monsters were different colors if I never read this article. I have googled why some were different than others like 5 times and never found a answer.
I hope they are not attempting to please everyone with this change. The people who complained about losing to solitaire decks are going to complain about not being able to go first or not drawing on curve when their opponent did.
Edit: Also pointing out, in a board centric meta when your opponent has the board you cannot get it back, which honestly isn't too different than watching your opponent cycle through their deck and kill you with their own fatigue.
Honestly, I think you ought to climb to D5. That is where the average player is experimenting I would think. I am trying hard to make quest DH work and am coming across a lot of control priests, big mages, but mostly druids. I imagine I tanked my MMR experimenting myself though.
I totally forgot about that one. I guess it isn't that unusual then.
Wild is going to become very negatey if cards like Blademaster Okami and Nerubian Weblord keep getting printed.
Edit: Anyone kinda confused on why so many new mechanics are being introduced at once?? I cannot think of another expansion with two new keywords...
What did he mean by this?

Picking your favorite card was really neat. I enjoyed it. I was also surprised to see how many cards from the first booster still see play.
I know I would particpate at least once.
God, I want Crabrider to be unnerfed. I do not care if it would be healthy or not, I just want to play Tax Pally again.

I think you got lost on your way to the salt thread...
Okay, so it looks like PoG does indeed exist in the game, as is evident by all the hackers using it in their 8 card decks.
But.. they did? They were banned.

Somehow, I think card games are not for you.

This will not deter me from killing myself. Suicide is my only option... until I can afford a XYZ deck.
