Will one extra Health and the consistency of the Lifesteal make a difference over Unidentified Elixir? Hopefully, because I like the idea behind the Priest buffing his minions. It just makes sense to me from the standpoint of flavor, like the Paladin.
Will a better Shadow Ascendant be played for 1 more mana? A 3/2/2 is a lot to ask for, ignoring the effect for a moment. A lot harder to abuse without Northshire Cleric, but then again that's what Wild is for.
You really need a cost reduction mechanic to get the chain-reaction going; Radiant Elemental, preferably, but Fate Weaver can work. Will "Galakrond (Buff?) Spell Priest" get off the ground? I'm thinking not.
It could work great with Activate the Obelisk, but the base form seems rather lacking. Plus, as YourPrivateNightmare noted, you have to actually draw the Prime version for it to be of any use; easier said than done.

If the minions survive, it let's you basically steal enemy Deathrattles or end-of-turn effects, proc Lifesteal, or set up (what's left of) a Taunt. And most of all, it leaves your side of the board alone for once!
Linkblade91: The lore fan in me says go with Lothraxion, just because the Sha, strictly speaking, aren't demons. As for the two presented, I prefer the minion only one, giving a powerful control tool to a class that has lost its way a bit when it comes to control, rather than replacing Shirvallah with another 0TK tool to be abused. I do really like it though. (I'd go with the art placement from the first though)

As for your card, it's missing the Demon tag first-of-all. Second, I'm not sure why it's a Witchwood card because they received zero support for Stealth Rogue back then. Other than that, I like the idea behind it; it just needs to be an Ashes of Outland card, to make the most sense.
@linkblade91: I'm not sure about it being a Battlecry. It seems like just having "Enemies are 'judged' and take double damage" would flow better and wouldn't have to deal with Brewmasters or silences making the effect permanent.

As for your cards, I feel like Arcane Observer would garner more votes, even though I think I prefer Felwood Satyr.

One of his moves in WoW is "Judgment Gaze", which increases the damage enemies take for a time. I tried to recreate that in Hearthstone. He costs 6 so you can combo it with Consecration, and I wanted him to have Divine Shield, so I took a heavy amount of his Health away. If he survives a turn, Avenging Wrath becomes very appealing.
I really hope we get to see more Librams down the line in future expansions: it's a cool mechanic and one that's very fitting for the Paladin. Please don't let this become a one-off :(

I hate Murlocs, and I'm tired of seeing Murloc Paladin being supported. The card is fine enough, but come on: the archetype is a joke that got out of hand :/
Cheap discover effects are always appreciated. Thank God it *is* a Discover, but the Priest spell pool is rather all over the place in terms of usage.

Unless they print a bunch more Dragons, this card is going to languish in Standard after Descent of Dragons rotates lol.

Yeah not as good as Emerald Explorer, but I still like it. I like Taunts and I like Dragons, so more of both is always welcomed.

If people don't like Lothraxion at all, I have another option as well: transplant a card from my custom expansion and tweak it a little:
Like a Humility aura, you could turn the negative into a positive if you run eggs (Serpent Egg, Devilsaur Egg, etc.).
