Sometime your opponent will get the high roll and draw multiple Chronobreak, there isn't much you can do in these situation if you don't have Deny or Nopeify! but those situation are the exception not the rule, most of the time they will get one Chronobreak and that's going to be it.
Are you a new player or using a new account? Because in the latest update Riot introduced prologue were you have to unlock modes step by step. You can find more about it here :
I know you probably meant Zoe but that made me think of Lulu/Taric. Since Taric got buffed alongside Mountain Sojourners I thought there'd be more people playing it but... has anybody actually seen Taric decks or just Support decks in general? It's been 3 days but I still haven't managed to find one. I'm curious as to how well it's doing.
I’ve been experimenting with a Lulu/Pyke deck. I’m trying to experiment on ways outside of Lurk to level up Pyke
That's like trying to level up Maokai or Nautilus without toss cards, it can be done but it's not worth the trouble.
Yeah its interesting how dependent most targon players were on snake.
Lulu into snake, the fangs into snake.
So when it got turned into a 1/1 targon players just noped out of the region.
I think thats bit of an over reaction. It was never meant to be a tempo region in the first place.
Agreed, Targon decks needed The Serpent and the Fangs to deal with early game threats and both them got hit. That's a good thing, regions who have powerful late game should not have access to good early game.
It’s riot I don’t know why I expected anything different. I need a different job with less down time and hopefully less people trying to kill me. Or at least consequences for people trying to kill me so I can stop playing mobile games.
Echo seems about right. Kill wave one. Revived them with rally. Killed wave two. Revived them with rally. Didn’t have a response for wave three. Denial and Nopify have just gained a metric fuckton of value. I was looking forward to being able to play a bunch of different decks. Looks like I’ll need SI or Ionia in one of my slots.
What are you trying to say? That Ekko is too strong? Well I hate to disappoint you but the general opinion is that he cool but rather weak. The statics also seem to point at that direction since he is currently sitting at a 43% win rate. See for yourself :
This is not the first time you had mad this knee jerk type of reaction, you also did it when Shurima just got released saying that the region was too OP, then it turned out that Shurima was pretty lackluster :
Nerfing old archetypes so the new stuff can be OP isn't necessarily "fixing the game."
In fact, it's exactly what they've done in the past.
They are not nerfing old archetypes so that new cards can be OP, they nerfed problematic archetypes so that the meta can slow down and control decks can be playable again. The issue was that live balance team was in denial about the problems the game had and we had to endure some toxic decks for months now, these changes are very welcome.
So Jinx got a new follower. This looks good but the only deck that use jinx is discard aggro and I don't know what you would remove from that deck to add this card. Some experimentation is required.
Looks like a Riptide Rex that synergies with Lurk instead of plunder. He is a bit slow for the current meta but if the balance patch deliver on its promises and we return to a more midrange meta, this would definitely be a good finisher for the deck.
I am not exited for Lurks since it's one does rigid archetypes but I do like Pyke. They managed to capture the feeling of playing an assassin who stay hidden in the shadows until it's time to strike.
Seriously WTF is this? I know it's burst speed but 5 mana to summon two 2/2? What use does this have? push for 4 damage? Give two chump blockers? Dunekeeper can do both and he only cost 1 mana.
But he can't do so on burst speed ;) I am quite sure at 4 mana this card would have been nuts and at 5 mana it is still playable.
I think that this card would have been perfectly fine at 4 mana since you still need to make a prediction to get the second unit. Granted it's not a difficult condition to fulfill but it's still a condition in the end. I find 5 mana too big of a tempo loss for something that can't even block fearsome.

Even if didn't have the whole " Need to have a champion leveled " restriction, this card would still be pretty awful with that stat line.
Looks like each region is going to get a Ruination themed card. Like for the K/DA event.

Screeching Dragon is your friend. Single Combat is also a good option, just be careful when using it on a 2 health unit since they can counter that with Mystic Shot and Hexite Crystal.

I fought a couple of Lulu/Shen but zero Taric.

My advice would be to calm down and wait a week or two for to settle before making this type of post.

A perfect emote for missing allegiance.
It matters a lot actually. You can play around Homecoming by killing the recalled unit, Will of Ionia has no such restriction.
I am very excited for these changes but I got admit buffing both Karma and Will of Ionia is leaving me a little bit concerned.
Now this is worthy of being called a balance patch.
Half of Shurimas cards make no sense. That region is not really well designed.
A cool concept but at 5 mana it comes too late to make any real impact.
