6 mana slow to deal 4 damage, for the same price for the same mana and speed Targon has a spell that can obliterate both units and landmarks. It's also very clunky since you usually want to use removal on your opponent turn meaning that you won't take advantage of the sand soldiers.

One watcher isn't a problem, control deck can deal it with it by using hard removal like Falling Comet, Vengeance or silence like Equinox. It's the decks ability to cheat out multiple Watcher with Spectral Matron and to lesser extended Fading Memories, that makes the match up unwinnable to control decks.
As for Atrocity I understand your dislike for the card but in the end the day, it's a fair card to play against. "boring" is not a reason to nerf let alone ban a card.
I wouldn't put Tresh/Nasus in the same boat as Lissandra/Trundle control and Azir/Irelia. Don't get me wrong the deck is top tier but not oppressive (A nerf to Merciless Hunter would do the trick).
As for Taliyah I would recommend that you guys give Turbo Thralls a chance, the deck does struggle against aggro but it does perform very well against many tier 1 decks like Dragons and the already mentioned Tresh/Nasus.
I like that they are adding more vulnerable cards to Bilgewater, it could give Renekton a partner in crime beside Sejuani. Overall Lurk is looking to be pretty solid.
Actually is there a chance that Mordekaiser is going to be Noxian down the line? He could be in the same boat as Rek'sai in that she is from the Void but lives in Shurima, because I believe that Mordekaiser in tied to Noxus in some way.
He is tied to Noxus in many ways. Leblanc once served on his court before betraying him also Noxus's capital was once his fortress. In league he has interaction with most Noxian champions.
This card is great addition to Nightfall deck. It let trigger their effect and give and extra nightfall unit.It's not as good for Daybreak deck but that have more to do with how rigid the mechanic is than the card itself.

Freljord getting the best support has been a recurring thing. I guess someone at Riot really likes the region.

I think Noxus/Shadow Isle is the way to go, Spectral Matron will allow you to play this on turn 8 or 7.
A good addition to reputation decks, pair this with Ruin Runner and you got yourself a powerful finisher.
