If they pulled a Blizzard and censored cards like Hired Gun, Brash Gambler, Corina Veraza and Elise I would have agreed with you. But giving Caitlyn a new design so that she looks more like a cop and less like a Gogo dancer is not censorship.
3/3 quick attack is premium stat line for 3 drop, she also plant her bombs in the top 10 card and not the entire deck which should make them more consistent than Teemo's Puffcaps. Caitlyn might not be the flashiest champions out there but like Draven and Leblanc she is looking to be one of the more practical ones.
A great epic card? In Legends of Runeterra? What heresy is this?
On a more serious note this card is really good. It works with both Caitlyn and Teemo, the stat line is decent for 6 drop but more importantly the secondary effect is game wining with a proper set up.
I would have like this better if it was a burst speed spell. The card have lot's of application. It can help you refile your hand and if your playing a trap deck potentially finishing off your opponent but the combination of high cost and slow speed works against it. You don't main deck this but it a decent card if you generated it with Officer Squad.
3 mana draw 2 for both players have lot's synergy inside P&Z. It can go in trap deck but also in Ez/Draven allowing to draw more while empowering your Tri-beam Improbulator.
It not that easy, you can't play deck simply because it hard counter one mechanic, Vlad/Braum had a favorable match up against Azir/Irelia but after a few weeks people stopped playing it because they realize that deck got stomped by the rest the meta.
The same thing happened pre-nerf Fiora/Shen that deck got hard countered by Ash/Noxus, but most didn't bother playing Ash/Noxus because that deck struggled against aggro who were popular at the time.
Big fan of her updated design and it's good thing that have more champions that can punish card draw since we have more and better draw engines these days.
It's true that this is better than frostbit when dealing with big units like Nasus, Viego, Nautilus, etc but there are many cases were frostbite is going to superior to this cards :
-Against quick attack units and lurks: Akhsan, Zed, Pyke and most of the lurk units tend to have low health allowing to get a favorable trade any time you frostbite them, with stress defense your given them 6 health which mean that they are gonna survive the trade.
-Against unit that want to strike the nexus: Champions like Ezreal, Teemo and Zoe want to strike the nexus to generate more value, card like Brittle Steel allow you to deny them that strike greatly diminishing their utility and slowing down there win con. Something you can't do with stress defense since your always giving them 1 power.
As anyone who played or fought against Sivir can attest. Giving all allies quick attack can be pretty nuts, but the fact that your allies need to have the same amount of power or less than this card means that you have to pre-commit a buff spell, a move than you can be easily punished for.
I think the better option would be to run him along side support units.
A 5/5 scout unit that can keep healing itself and it's allies is powerful, the question is do you play this over Genevieve Elmheart or Cithria the Bold?
Strike effects are quite powerful, as long are they are at fast speed, slow ones like Wild Claws, Siphoning Strike and Grappling Hook have always struggled to find a place in the meta.
Yeah support/Poppy looks legit the question is do you go for Targon or Ionia, since Lulu curves into Poppy and all those elusive units will be very scary with those buffs.
If i am not mistaken this is the first Demacia removal spell that doesn't require you to already have a unit on board. Will it be good enough to run? I can't tell for now. At least it's a better Sunk Cost.
Edit: I just noticed that this card is actually a Bandle City card and not dual region one, the confusion came from this image
One thing to keep in mind in that this can target any unit not just your own, so you can use it to protect your own unit's from removal or deny your opponent an Atrocity or a big overwhelm/elusive attack.
Veigar in no hero he is a villain, the biggest villain of all Runeterra.

Although the lack of top hat is regrettable.

Pretty meh if I am being honest nowadays removal that deals less than 4 damage tend to be pretty lackluster unless they can directly target the nexus.

A decent stat line for a 5 drop, plus the ability to generate more value, he is good enough.

Solid unit, push for decent damage and helps with leveling Caitlyn.
Remind me of Mushroom Cloud, it's not that bad but there are so many better option available even in a deck that would want to turbo level Caitlyn.

I was exited about this one until I realized that it can't target champions. I don't think you run this.

Only experimentation will tell.
