Seems like a really good draw card for Rogue, but Rogue already has lots of draw. We'll see if all the combo synergy they're offering this expansion pays off.

It's good! And something different for your opponent to play around, which makes all secrets just a little better. Plus, free [card]Huffer[/card]!

I agree, except Valeera the Hollow also gave you 5 armor and a new hero power. Your comparison to Time Out is much more on point.

There aren't any Warlock decks in Standard that want to only run demons (and I can't really think of any in Wild either). This might make that worthwhile?

Shamans are definitely going to be whacking plenty of things this expansion. I expect to see [card]Tidal Wave[/card] a lot more.
