I think it´s [card]Doom Pact[/card] reincarnation with some condition. I think is best used against big minions than weak ones.

Lets see if paladin holy spells are useful or not, it can enable some spell heavy turns if it hits some spells.

I think this could enable some OTK, but id depends on shadow spells.

At this moment, they are only focused on board state, not face damage

For a legendary, this card is a very conditional one, because if you can't activate the outcast, maybe it only kills one minion. The real tempo of this card lies in his outcast only.

If there are some good 4 mana deathrattle, this card will provide a huge tempo swing
