I really hope they learned their lesson and make the game mode more accessible. It is useless to make a great overhaul, if the entry fee is too high and only selected few will play it.
Heeeeeeeey, shoutout to Inscryption, still one of the best games Iv ever played. Love the card play, love the story and the mystery. Dont read anything about it, dont spoil yourself, go play it! It is cool that this gem is getting picked up on gamepass, more people will get to experience it :)
Yeah FOMO is a thing and I myself am affected by it when looking at a new title with bunch of DLCs. More so when I know I dont like to replay games multiple times, even tho granted X4 games are meant to be replayed so there is isnt much of a factor, but the original argument, at least for me, stands. I dont like playing "incomplete" games, even tho they arent incomplete per-se, but I dont like playing without all the content available to me. Which ironically can make me to not play the game at all, when it looks intimidating by the sheer total content the game has at the point I get to it, or the price tag for it all. I go in circle, I know :)
I've finished Jedi: Fallen Order sometime last week. I did like the whole light sabre fighting thing but the story was pretty shallow and the way I was forced to run around the maps was not for me. Still tempted to get Jedi: Survivor because the graphics look super cool and the light sabre stuff got improved as well as far as I can tell from the trailers.
Game time is limited so I've never come around to trying Hollow Knight unfortunately. There are several people who have recommended it to me though, so it definitely stays on the list! Thanks for the reminder <3
My Hades adventure started yesterday night and I have to admit that I was a bit sceptical about it because I've basically never played a game of that genre before - but I instantly liked it! The music, the scenery, the characters, the mix up in builds every run, it's just super cool. I had a little help from my step daughter who has played it on PC so I've managed to beat Meg during my first playing session and reach the second level. Got stomped by the Medusa like creature that petrifies you to drop huge stones on your head though :D I was advised to use the bow and am learning the timing for that one and the best boons for it, what's your preferred build?
Just testing the quote/reply function we talked about.
Yeah, I get that. Arena was my main game mode for years, but over the time with how new cards got more and more powerful, Blizzard did little to take Arena into consideration, so I stopped playing it. It just became a huge RNG fest, and no longer was it about skill as much as it was before. And the price of entry was too high for you to basically just play a slot machine with your gold. Not worth it, sadly. Even tho I still love the game mode's idea, they ruined it by not keeping up with it over the years of development.
Fair enough. Iv never done it myself, cause I considered it pretty cheesy, but for ppl who did, or wanted to, I guess that sucks. But yeah, they dont always state everything they did in their patch notes. That has been a thing from the start, sadly.
Loved the trailer lol :D Hope this will be good! Need to get around finishing the first game, oops!
Awesome game! Can recommend :)

Ouch, one would hope for more for sure. Did you at least get some good ones you can use?
Good luck with pack openings :)
Kibler looking more like Uther every day :)
Yeah, sad indeed, but entirely Blizzard's fault. If it was out there, it was going to stay out, any media, us included, reporting on it or not.

No, that should definitely not be in the same category at all :D

Sttellaris is a great game, but getting into it as a newcomer with their billion DLCs is a very heavy entry fee.

10 packs sure is nice! :)
Might I actually play a Ubisoft game again? The gameplay looks pretty good. But I should probably keep my hopes down, just to be safe.
Watching Blood of Zeus season 2 has my kinda hyped about getting into Hades, ngl :D
Im looking forward to this, never got around to playing the first Hades game, might still do that one day.

DW in Arena way back in old days, those were the plays :D Not something special today, or even that good, but oh the memories :D

Secret Hunter, Resurrect Priest. I can see the fun already :)
