Move is one location to another not a swap/change in allegiance.

    That is semantics.

I can get behind players learning the difference once it happens to them, not everything can be perfectly explained and understandable from the start, hell, HS is a good example of hot garbage of mechanics that you "think" work a certain way, but they dont.

But in the end, they could have included this interaction in "cant be moved" category as well, it is such a niche situation that imho it must have been overlooked and if they will get called on it, they will probably go with a "it's a feature, not a bug" answer, but i dont believe that was the original intent.

  • You trust Blizzard with initial power level of such a card? You must be new to Hearthstone :D

  • This feels like Blizzard took the worst possible inspiration from custom cards. I was always against effects like these, that "make you die" or have some huge drawback to balance the insane effects they give. The drawback would be largely meaningless in a situation where you would play such a card, because you would, supposedly, win the game by then.

This isn't exactly that, since you put yourself on a 3 turn clock and your opponent can outlast you, especially with all the stupid deck and hand attacks that Blizzard seems to introduce more and more often, but if past combo decks that rely on a card being discounted or played for free are any indication, you will only need one turn to OTK your opponent anyway, so I guess we shall see, but I can already see this card as a nerf candidate once everyone had their fill few weeks after launch.

  • Ping and early body, Armor and mid body, and potential boardclear or finisher for 10 or 18 dmg. Seems pretty strong for a single card. And even if you play it in the late game, you can generally play 1st and 2nd form in one turn and 3rd in next.

  • Noxious Cadaver is such a nasty art :D I kinda hope and fear that it will vomit all over you when played :D

  • Where are the times when Consecration was OP :D

  • Also, buffs should carry over, so that might be a big payoff.

  • Quote From Phaseshifter

So it's ahead by exactly 10, or 10 or more?

10 or more; exactly 10 would be a silly implementation that you could almost never hit

  • Yondu and Korg in the same deck arent exactly the best combo. You often end up discarding the Rock, if you play Korg before Yondu. I guess you simply want to have something to play early on and start disrupting, but you can also draw Rock with Cable ... when I ran a deck like that, i removed Korg cause it often screwed me more than my opponent.

  • It is not even funny anymore how pitifully is Arena handled years on out.

  • That is really nice to hear. New player experience is definitely something that is important for every game, more so for an "old" game like HS. Tho player retention shouldnt be too far behind in importance. Glad you had fun with your new account :)

  • What I really don't like is that the way the event page was structured, it seemed like we would get the avatar shown for Venom or Carnage during the event ... instead we got the pixel version, which I don't like at all. Personal opinion, of course, but imho I'm sure many ppl expected to get the event icon, not this one, as well. Poor execution on their part.

  • LOL, that does work for me, thanks!

  • Still cannot scroll through my decks in the "carousel" widget on PC, so I only have an option to play 4 decks on PC and have to remake those 4 with new cards instead of creating new deck, if I want to play something else. Beyond annoying.

  • It depends how heavy are you on 1-drops. I run Armor in my Ongoing deck, because a) it can protect Ant-Man and b) it can get buffed by Spectrum.

That being said, there are more "destroy" cards than just Killmonger, case in point with today's hot location Pegasus Project, a lot of ppl, myself included, seem to run Shang-Chi to snipe the big baddies you can put down with extra 5-mana, so Armor helps there as well.

Cosmo would be another option, also Ongoing, which can get buffed by Spectrum. I sometimes run both.

Bonus points for them is you can counter "deathrattle" decks by denying them killing off Nova or tokens to feed Carnage etc.

  • Yeah, being unable to link acc before tutorial is upsetting as well. I unlinked my acc just to see what happens on another device (that was on launch day) and had to sit through it again. Thankfully I was able to link it back.

  • That is really unfortunate to hear. Yeah, while logging in via gmail might be more convenient for some, I can see how ppl without it might not like it too much. Then again, think of it as an account you would have to make for the game anyways, so imho not that big of a deal in the end.

The inability to link your account on PC is quite bad tho. Have you tried to verify integrity of game files via steam, or to reinstall it?
