So...what'd you get? I'm at work on lunch so I won't be opening my packs until later (to keep track of pity timers), but I did see that my two free golden Legendaries were Bru'kan of the Elements and Bearon Gla'shear. The game must've known I did the Shaman review and rewarded me thusly 😁
Therazane is an Elemental Lord, like Al'Akir the Windlord, Ragnaros the Firelord, and Neptulon. Doesn't really jive with the Freeze Shaman archetype FiAV has going on, to be honest, but it could definitely find a home in a Control Shaman build. The Sandstone Elemental is an example of what the Honorable Kill would produce, like if the Shaman killed a Double Agent or some other 3/3.
Good luck to the other finalists. Apologies for no-feedback this time around: ended up not doing much beyond my initial post, and didn't even update my Secret. Work has been crazy-busy lately, and I spend most of my off-time sleeping lol :/
I think the Imp-credible Trousers is broken...literally. The Fel Rifts always appear on top of the deck, giving you two 3/3s the turn after you play any Fel spell. It seems impossible to deal with.
I love the robo-Ragnaros Battlegrounds skin, and I like some of the others too, but...I've won with most of them. That means I'm less likely to play them again lel
Phrasing comes from Dart Trap. The left card is a callback to A. F. Kay and her Idle Hero Power, while the right card is a callback to Mindbreaker. The first version is definitely more impactful, which is good because not all decks care about their Hero Power, but it could also be hard-countering certain decks, so I made a second one just in case.
Then again, how many would be upset if Nap Time reined in Questline Warlock, Questline Hunter, and/or Shadow Priest?
Fedrion - I agree with Wailor: Sylvanas has generally been more Deathrattle-focused than Secrets-focused, both from a flavor and gameplay standpoint. That and spending 5-mana for a spell might be a hard sell after playing a bunch of Secrets; you're not contesting the board that much because of it. Not sure. I will say that Lament is a good flavor choice: definitely keep with that direction.
Arkasaur - The minion concerns me because it could grow out of control fairly early on, being just a 2-mana minion. At least if it said Holy-spells, you wouldn't be able to abuse the Coin. I still find it more interesting than the spell, though.
Lightforged Cariel - Half damage to my face, all the time, and it can't be removed except through Ooze/Viper and/or my own stupidity? I'm in. Gonna have to drop Hammer of the Naaru in my N'Zoth deck...
Balinda Stonehearth - I've wanted to play Big Spell Mage ever since I (foolishly) crafted Dragoncaller Alanna. Could this expansion be what makes her...maybe not high-tier, but at least fun to play?
Bearon Gla'shear - You have no idea how much I want Freeze Shaman to be fun. This is the person who put Freeze Shaman in all their custom expansions, and if the weekly card competition was Shaman-related I probably went that direction as well. Don't let it be a meme!
Rokara, the Valorous + all Frost Warrior cards - I'm so on board this hype train. I was positive Fire Warrior would be a thing before any-other school, but fuck it: Control Frost Warrior is cool (pun intended).
Having seen the last of the Druid set, I find Guff's Hero card really out of place. He received basically no support for it; where are the big minions or spells to necessitate having 20 mana?
Could find a home in Wild, or maybe I'm just not creative enough to spot why you would bother to run it in Standard.

That music was bouncin'.

Congratulations to DestroyerR! My score was the same in both phases: 3.44 :/

Definitely fair to say. Who knows: maybe they'll share space in a deck someday 😁
We've got a filthy Double Agent over here!
Forget about Kennen: what is that giant Void monster he's fighting?!? D: Somebody call in the Doomslayer!

Ate my opponent's Megafin with Mutanus the Devourer :D
I don't know if I can work for Horde scum D:

My Freeze Galakrond Shaman theorycraft will be a Tier 1 deck, because...I wish it so? It'll be a true Christmas miracle!
...I just want it to be fun. Please be more than a meme.

Xyrella, the Devout - Time to update my Awaken the Makers deck :D
Bru'kan of the Elements - RIP Kalimos, Primal Lord, one of my favorite cards.

Tamsin's Phylactery - My Big Demonlock with N'Zoth, the Corruptor thanks you.

If only it could be paired with Call to Adventure and Vanndar; all well...my memes will have to stay dreams this time.
