Without rush support I don't think this will see a ton of play. 

There are better cards that buff or summon minions. This is not one of them.

Quest support card possibly. Not sure the deck can fit such a bland card into the deck though.

I think all the tradeable cards will see some level of play. This just seems like a good midrange card. instant pick in arena.

Really good mount effect. Unfortunately requires you to ensure that you trade the minion you buff on that turn, otherwise your opponent will have an easier time removing the 4/2 rush.  

This is really good for control/mid range druid.

Oh look it's cult master in spell form! May be decent for arena since that's minion based and card draw is pretty good there.

Could be fun with the new boar/sword of a thousand truths gimmick style deck. Druid does have the ability to copy beasts and manipulate their costs/stats...

Gonk Style druid may be back. We'll have to see.

Unlike others here....I don't think this needs "fixing". It's clearly support for more of a hybrid attack druid (similar to gonk druid a few years ago). May not be the best legendary but I suspect more cards will come along …

Good control card. Mediocre in arena. Bad for OTK as they don't need/want taunts, even cheap ones.

Really good support for the quest, or standalone with skull of guldan. If it's played the turn it's drawn its a 6 mana 6/7 taunt which isn't horrible.
