Yes it will be tough to complete all the stages, but a low curve spell based deck will be able to really take off with +3 damage to all spells.
Hard to complete but will have huge payoffs.

It's like Raza/Shanduin but for hunter. Probably going to be broken and never balanced, so once again...welcome your meta overlord...the hunter class! (Like every other meta)
