A Hearthstone Hotfix is being applied this evening to the servers to fix issues with accessing the Arena and Transfer Student. This update will not require a patch.
Quote From cmdylux Hey everyone,
We’re currently deploying a hotfix that will address the following items:
- Fixed a bug preventing some player accounts from accessing Arena mode.
- Fixed a bug where Transfer Student was not properly recognizing the game board when chosen as a Discover option.
This hotfix will take place on the server side, so you will not be required to download anything if you’ve already updated to 18.0.

Speaking of Arena, remember to start a run, go as far as you can, but leave it at 2 losses (or just concede twice if you don't have the time). You'll get the rewards AND an Arena ticket, so it's completely refunded.
Also i will Guess the pack Will be from new expansion so another reason to leave a run going.
It is.
The mobile Android client is in a bad state after the 18.0.0 patch. There are random moments where the game will freeze for 2 seconds. This is definitely introduced as I played on mobile before the patch deployment and it was fine.
Dunno if it's a bug or just a missing feature, but the game doesn't allow to keep the audio setting in the PC version. I have to adjust it every time when starting the game, since the volume is always too loud.
Oh and I haven't found a way to disable the cinematic intro also.
Anyone have a solution to these issue?
I wonder when they will Hot-Fix the Sprint / T-Mobile LTE connection problem. It's already been aboot three months.
