Three new Saviors of Uldum cards have been revealed by Blizzard in a Hearthside Chat.
Card Flavor Text
- Raid the Sky Temple - "Why can't I hold all these scrolls?"
- BEEEES!!! - Right before CEEEES!!!
- Weaponized Wasp - Dr. Boom had one simple request: wasps with flippin' laser beams attached to their heads.

It is "cast spells", not "play spells".
That means Archmage Vargoth spells also count, Servant of Yogg-Saron also counts Casts When Drawn cards also count (Felhound Portal).
I don't think it will be slow. I mean, if the "cast" word on the card is truely worded, those cards should work mechanically.
Keep in mind that, whether or not SoU Quests receive more support, they're intentionally designed to be both less restrictive in terms of completion (and, thus, deckbuilding) and less impactful in reward. We're not generating game-altering (or game-ending) effects with these Quests, which is good because most of them can be relatively easily completed in the mid-game.
That's my thing with all the new quests - sine HS plans expansions what 3-4 out, I'm betting that most if not all the quests will both 1) have more supporting functions in SoM, 2) likely get even more support in the next 1-2 expansions. So a Quest that doesn't look great NOW might be meta-defining in January 2020.
Sure. But that's a lot of cards. I'm just talking about the here and now. Like, who the hell thought that Banana Buffoon would be relevant when they printed Rastakhan's Rumble?
BEEEES!!! *buzz*
Can't wait to play Wild Token Beast Druid with BEEEES!!!, Corridor Creeper, Knight of the Wild, and Addled Grizzly!
They want me to play ridiculous Yogg-style Mage again don't they? I mean, I'm going to, obviously, I'm just gonna miss the actual Yogg at the end =P
They added the 10 mana 10 spell Yogg card. Bonus for this card over yogg is that it’ll be more like pre nerf yogg since it can’t murder itself with the first spell and fizzle after one cast
"Come to Wild, Shadows..."
"JOooiIIiin uuuUuUss..."
"One of us.. one of us..."
... Says the guy who doesn't play Wild, but still.
I too am a wild advocate but don't play it myself. I love what the format is, I just want to play with the new toys 99% of the time
Beeees! Is now my favorite flavored card in the game.
One thing I like: there's an easy trick to remembering how many "E"s are in there: four bees, for "E"s in [Hearthstone Card (BEEEES!) Not Found]
Yes. Love it!
mage quest seems like it'll be more fun than competitive, wasp seems pretty good especially if we get more lackey generators and bees is uh, bees
Shaman totem that generates a lackey every turn seems to indicate they are pushing a more aggro based swarm shaman as an archetype
Mage HP is essentially Primordial Glyph without the Discover; not sure I want to put in the effort for it.
BEEEES!!! should be great for a Token Druid, though.
I don't think BEEEES!!! will be great for Token Druid since those bees would die as soon as you cast unless the minion they attack has 0 attack power. I think the other 3 also will attack even if the target has 1 health.
Corridor Creeper-type cards are in wild so this can't help Standard token imo.
The mana cyclone mage decks could throw this quest in there just fine with no effort really needed.
That was my thought too. But then, what do they really get out of it that's relevant at the point in the game where they get the reward? Cyclone Mage wants to barrage off spells quickly.
But 10 spells deep is when you get the reward, so you've definitely fired off at least one salvo to get there. Then what? I suppose on the chance that you've exhausted that salvo, and what you for back off of Mana Cyclone, then MAYBE it's relevant.
But that's a lot of caveats and addenda for something that you want to feel is a suitable reward for the effort. And that strikes me as too inconsistent to be competitive. Sweet memes, but..
One thing a Cyclone Mage gets is a cheap spell. You don't have cast the quest Turn 1, but can save it for when you play Sorcerer's Apprentice and go off. One more spell for the Mana Cyclone turn.
Late-game, though, it's just an "infinite value" hero power, that's probably more meaningful than the ping.
