Blizzard's President, J. Allen Brack, sat down for a Fireside Chat to speak with the Blizzard community. He announced that next year's BlizzConline will be free to watch.
In addition to that news, the following was shared:
- Over 95% of Blizzard's workforce is working from home.
- Delaying Shadowlands was a difficult decision and they appreciate the positive feedback they received by doing so.
- World of Warcraft players have visited the barbershop 10 million times since the Shadowlands pre-patch brought new character customization.
- WoW Classic players have created over 6.5 million Greater Frost Protection Potions in preparation for Naxxramas. NAXXOUT
- WoW Classic players have died over 9 billion times this year.
- WoW players have created over 100 million characters with 1.5 billion levels earned.
- Diablo 4's largest internal playtest to date has taken place and they will be sharing more about their plans for the game as development progresses.
- Blizzard is exploring more games on PC, Console, and Mobile.
- Blizzard's AI-based anti-harassment systems in Heroes and Overwatch have done so well that they were extended to WoW a few months ago.
- Disruptive players in WoW had their time spent sticking around reduced by half.
- The speed and accuracy of the system are still being improved.
- Blizzard celebrates their 30th anniversary next year.

That's a lot cheaper than I expected
which one of those was the "don't you guys have phones!!!" guy? :D
It always makes me chuckle to see the "you think you do, but you don't" guy talk positively about Classic WOW.
Also just a note - he says that the internal playtest was for Diablo Immortal. It seems that Diablo 4 is still pretty far away :(
if it's February 19th, it's exactly 3 months after Darkmoon Faire expansion.
And judging from that, we might have news about new year theme and new expansion in upcoming Blizzcon. That would also mean, that new expansion surely to be released on March instead of April. Are they really gonna do all expansion earlier now?
Time will tell.
My guess is they will only announce the new game mode and the DMF mini-set of 35 cards.
Remember, Phase 3 of Year of the Phoenix still had a lot we haven't seen yet
