I really like this card. Like others said, it's one of a kind and interesting. I hope it will see play.
Control Warlock loves this for a lot of reasons. Great for stalling before board clears, could be the new Doomsayer in that regard.
Also, it's interesting to think about using it with Oaken Summons and Guild Recruiter
This could be a really interesting card. Helps you in situations where you might go into fatigue but also has utility even when that isn't the case. Add in Augmented Elek for extra shenanigans.
This card seems great for some control decks to slow down aggro. Nice card design.
Yeah, since turn 5-6 is where the better board clears start to show up, you drop this on turn 4 or 5 and it just kills their turn, and then you clear afterwards
Druid deck with Oaken Summons, Grizzled Guardian, Da Undatakah + Astral Tiger and Augmented Elekk to annoy your opponent to death?
Super interesting for silence priest. Wild's version of it now has more options than it can even include.
I remember back in the Witchwood expansion, I started to think that one card who can deal against high health taunt cards like Witchwood Grizzly, mainly Crazed Alchemist. It's really a great card to try it out during the starting of expansion, because there's obviously a high expectation for anyone to try out high taunt minions, especially against aggro decks. Now this will be my second tryout for Crazed alchemist to step again into the game just for the starting days of expansion, but I think there are better aggro tools nowadays. (this is atleast somewhat BETTER than silence)
The card itself looks really stand out in the game. but... I can't tell much about it when it has an entirely new mechanic, so I can't wait to see the benefits of using this card or dealing with it in the game.
This is actually pretty good for waiting to clear an aggro board. If you have something like mass hysteria on 5, this makes your opponent want to wait and play even more minions or lose out on mana efficiency.
That is some unique and intersting card design right there!
It's super hard to evaluate if this card is actually good, but I like it just for being something new and interesting.
can be a nice addition to Plot Twist warlock and new warlock quest Supreme Archaeology. You can add more copies with Dollmaster Dorian + Augmented Elekk too. If you can't make it die, it will go to your deck which is good for the quest.
Every turn before 7-10 is so important for Plot Twist to get control of the board and Plot Twist warlock have needed an early game protection and this can be the protection it longs for.
Reverse Doomsayer. Doomsayer basically causes your opponent to attack in with everything. This causes your opponent to pass. Doomsayer however potentially actually does something. This card negs you a card for no advantage. You know what else does that? Frost Nova. If every class had access to Frost Nova would they play it? Probably not.
True, but at least this card goes back into your deck afterward so you can play it again later unlike Frost Nova. Great for stalling with combo/control decks until you can play your AOEs.
On its own, Conjured Mirage is a decent tool against aggro. Followed up immediately by Doomsayer on turn 6, it's a solid 6 mana board clear most of the time for any deck trying to play control. Control Paladin was fine running a two-card 6 mana combo with pre-nerf Equality + Consecration, so this seems like a very viable neutral board clear combo for any class that needs it.
this is a very bad neutral Frost Nova
2 coppies ofof this card and you will never run out of cards. Play one every turn, it shuffles into your deck and will draw it on your next turn. This prevents fatigue for control decks. Of I'm reading the card correctly
If you just have 1 of these and no other cards, you wont fatigue because start of turn effects happen before your drawstep. The only caveat to this is that this card never gets to attack
In french, Thefishou explains that it activates its effect before your draw, meaning you can draw the mirage you just shuffled
Unless your opponent kills them
