Quote From Blizzard Denizens of Azeroth, defenders of Sanctuary and the Koprulu Sector, heroes of Overwatch and the Nexus—we’d like to extend you a formal invitation to connect with your allies and rivals across the Blizzard community (virtually) during BlizzConline™ this February 19–20!
BlizzConline is an all-digital community celebration and exhibition of Blizzard games and universes—a chance for us to get together in the online world while circumstances keep us from gathering in the real one. We’ll be celebrating some fun milestones, shining a spotlight on the epic things the Blizzard community has been up to, and sharing the latest Blizzard game news with everyone.
You’ll be able to watch the entirety of the show completely free through the BlizzCon website, where you can choose between six channels of content covering your favorite games. You’ll also be able to watch the show on your favorite streaming platforms, including Twitch and YouTube.
On both days, we have a variety of events and preproduced segments planned to bring some of the BlizzCon spirit into your homes. We’ll dive deeper into Blizzard’s games and universes with developers, host some fun gaming competitions featuring esports pros, and a whole lot more.
Day 1 will kick off at 2 p.m. PST on Friday, February 19, with an opening segment that includes a first look at some of the latest game content the development teams have been working on. Then for the next three-plus hours, you’ll have the option to tune in to one of the six different themed channels, so you can decide whether you want to sample a little bit of everything or dig deeper into the games you’re interested in most.
Day 2 will pick back up at 12 p.m. PST on Saturday, February 20, with multiple channels once again, until the fun wraps up at later that afternoon. Throughout this second day, we’ll be shining a spotlight on the global Blizzard community, including the winners and outstanding entries in the Community Showcase contests and exhibitions.
If you miss anything along the way, don’t worry: you’ll be able to watch it later free in the BlizzConline video archives.
Select BlizzConline content will be supported in 12 languages via livestream or VOD, including English with subtitles in European Spanish, French, German, Russian, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, simplified Chinese, and traditional Chinese.
We’ll be sharing a detailed schedule of events and segments in the weeks before the show—stay tuned!
This month is also 30th anniversary of Blizzard, and we’ll be using the BlizzConline occasion to celebrate three decades of playing together alongside our community. Starting today, we also have some commemorative in-game goodies for sale themed around 30 years of Blizzard as part of three Celebration Collections—check out our blog to learn more about what’s available for each game. And keep an eye on the Blizzard Gear Store for a selection of merchandise to help bring some of the online fun into the physical realm—including a replica of the Helm of Domination once worn by Arthas—coming to the Gear Store on February 19.
Thanks to everyone who sent in entries for the Community Showcase, and thanks to all our players around the world who’ve been channeling the BlizzCon spirit every day in-game. We can’t wait to connect with you all later this month!

My biggest hope for Blizz-Con is that the dead eyes of their older employees who have had their spirits crushed by the artist destroying profiteering from EA to liberate themselves and destroy their oppressors during a live feed.
One thing I'm really hoping to come from Blizzard is the apparent goofiness they seemed to have embraced. The reveals for DMF and Duels were way better than most of the others, mainly because they kinda let themselves go off the board a little. I realise that all these reveals are scripted, but something about the way they've been doing them recently feels more like the writers had a bit more freedom, making them feel way more natural.
Despite everything people say, I think the game is in a good place. I am having fun and I'm able to be competitive while being completely F2P. Sure, the game's got problems, but all games have problems. I'm personally very excited for what's going to be revealed in this Blizzcon.
Those start times really shaft EU viewers :/ on well, guess I'll just have to wake up at midnight to start watching
Yeah, pitty :/ I think I´ll need to wait to the next morning to watch it. Good thing is that if you´re not interested in the whole event but Hearthstone, someone (coughfromOOCcough) will hopefully upload the Hearthstone part and/or make a recap of it by then.
Someone on Reddit found a possible leak and interesting glimpse into the next expansion from the extended official Blizzcon online into video

Safari themed it seems - maybe the Barrens?
Is the Helm of Domination effective as a COVID-19 mask? If so, I might wear it while doing a little grocery shopping.
People would probably stay 2 metres away from you.
You could empty the store if you brought Frostmourne
Oh interessting: An event that normally costs entry fee for physical and online participants could obviousely also be offered for free. How is this even possilbe?
You know, it is MUCH cheaper to produce without audience
So it is free... and I don't need to worry about goodies? k then
There's talk about a diablo 2 remake, which is remarkable considering that immortals and diablo 4 are not even out yet, in the latter's case its supposedly years away from launch. As long as the remake is truly an actual remake, and not yet another "Here's a hd filter over it, 30 bucks please" bs, it'll be a step in the right direction.
If the rumor is about a remake, then it can't be just a Hd filter, since that's the defintion of an remaster.
please. not another "reforge" incident. I have heard enough apologies to last a long time.
Looking forward to any news about Diablo including the moble version... I DO have a phone!!
I'm assuming they're going to unveil the new gameplay mode, but do you think we'll get a reveal of the new Year/expansion?
The whole year? probably not. But I suspect we'll at least get an idea of what will happen with the hall of fame and possibly classic.
Maybe a tease of the next expansion if it happens in March
Normally they announced the final expansion of the year at Blizzcon, but they couldn't because it isn't being held in November this time. I think it's a bit early to announce the April expansion, but I think it's a given the new game mode will be revealed and probably something like the name of the new year, and info on the Classic rework. Year of the Dragon was announced on Feb. 28, 2019.
I would suspect that expansion will be the biggest reveal on main stage for HS... and game mode will be in HS special channel and not the main thing, because it is not as flashy unless it something aimed at attracting people who don't play card games
I'd say they are going to reveal the whole year of X package at Blizzconline. The Blizzcon exists to reach a much wider audience, so it only makes sense that they are going to announce everything "flashy"(modes/reworks/expansions) to attract new/returning players.
You also have to keep in mind that DMF released 1 Month earlier than usual, which means that they could announce [April expansion name] and release it in March to keep the usual expansion circle while also reaching the biggest possible audience.
