Blizzard has pushed out an update to the official Hearthstone site that brings leaderboards for the Classic format. They aren't very populated yet, and it'll be some time before people return to Classic with the new rotation and Forged in the Barrens expansion releasing today, but we can at least admire the tenacity of a couple of dozen players.
You can visit the Classic leaderboards on the official site. Here is a snapshot of the leaderboards in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific from today.

In my opinion it's strange that they decided to publish Leaderboards for Classic mode. Yes, it fits because other formats have it but...
This format won't change in the nearest future, the meta won't be evolving or something.
But I started playing in 2016, so I don't have that nostalgic feelings about this. Happy that others can experience it once again :)
My complaint is that it came out at the worst possible moment for others - to try it out. We have biggest Standard rotation ever, Arena got interesting too, because of introduction of the Core. Duels got a big update... There's so many modes to try when they feel fresh now.
Why couldn't they release it right after Blizzcon, when we had a dead silence period without many (any?) news ?
Deaddraw is pretty good.
He needs to get in GM, even if just for the title. He deserves it.
