Dame can be purchased for 1500 Gold or $10 USD and comes with a special card back. Dame was originally available in the 2019 Winter Veil bundle which was available for a 2 week period around the holidays.

There is a "Sexy" Dame Hazelbark made by the artist(?). This is even funnier because I have heard that she was based on someone's wife. Can't find a source on that though lol
Edit: I found a source in the form of a Comment (Second reply) copy and pasted from the same person on Gamefaqs. It looks like Blizzard removed comments from their news site around the same time this skin was released, so you can't find the original anymore.
