Hey guys, sorry I have been out of the loop for a bit. These cards, do we have to buy more packs to get them? Is this an expansion within an expansion or are these cards for 'solo only'?
They are "solo only": you can get them only if you buy the adventure; therefore, without purchasing Galakrond's Awakening you won't be able to craft them as well (as long as they remain in Standard Mode).
Edit: didn't see someone else answered, and better then me too.
Winged Guardian seems great - fair stats, plus taunt, reborn, and evasion makes this a really compelling defensive tool.
Aeon Reaver is a great removal tool. Most of the time, this will destroy whatever it targets, and in those cases this compares well to Vilespine Slayer - for one extra mana you drop the combo requirement and add +1 attack. It's also a nice little buff to Galakrond Priest.
Grand Lackey Erkh is a funny card. Priest and Warrior don't really have any payoffs for playing lackeys, and I doubt more lackeys is the payoff they've been waiting for. Rogue has enough lackey generation already, and the Shaman payoff of Weaponized Wasp isn't compelling enough to run a card this weak. Maybe Warlock will like this, though as pairing with Dark Pharaoh Tekahn gives you a ton of cheap 4/4s.
Air Raid seems good. Taunt is probably worth about 0.5 mana, so getting Lost in the Jungle with taunts for one extra mana seems fair, and the twincast is icing on the cake. Decent for swarming, decent for control, and it's 4 mana for a Shirvallah Paladin deck. Since there aren't any Silver Hand payoffs in Standard, this is just two small taunts, but maybe we'll see other Silver Hand cards in this adventure.
If only the Guardian wasn't a beast, it would be perfect for Hadronox Druid. Two taunts for revive for the price of one, and both sides would come with reborn when resummoned with Hadronox.
Wow, with Grand Lackey Erkh, Priest can finally shine as one of the evil classes and double their Lackey-Generation! Soon they will be able to play about 2 LACKEYS PER GAME!

Cap here.
35 new cards only craftable from dust, or from buying the whole adventure. (gold or cash)
There are 4 wings. each wings consists of Good & Evil side
Each wing cost 700 gold.
The 1st half wing is free (Evil side) when it's released. But the other half (Good side) you have to buy for 700 gold.
The rest of the 3 wings cost 700 gold each wings (Good & Evil both)
The total cost is 2800 gold. / $20.
Ok so if you purchase the whole adventure then you get all the cards, is that correct?
Thank you for enlightening me.
well, you also need to finish the adventure. but yeah, you get all the cards after that.
Hi Cap, will cards be really craftable even if you don't buy the adventure? I heard quite opposite.
As long as it can be play on Standard or Wild, it can be crafted with dust and disenchanted back to dust.
It also applied to every cards only obtained exclusively from adventures. (Like One Night of Karazhan, Leagues of Explorer, etc)
In this case, yes, even if you don't buy the adventure, you can craft it from dust.
But you can't obtained it from opening any packs, because like I said, exclusive from the adventure.
Besides, it wouldn't be fair if some player can't play it just because they didn't bought it.
That's why it can be crafted via dust (as long as you have the dust for it).
That way, everyone can play all the cards they want to play.

No, you can only disenchant/craft the cards from the wings you bought. You can buy the adventure with money or gold.
wrong info.
I didn't bought Curse of Naxramas, but I can craft the cards with Dust.
I bought One Night of Karazhan, I disenchant every cards, and I can still craft it with Dust.
the same formula applied to every disenchantable cards. If it can be disenchant, it can be crafted with dust.
That's because those adventures rotated to wild.
One more thing. these 35 new cards will be playable on Standard, until Year of Dragon rotated out in Apr 2021.

There is going to be a new adventure like the old ones. There will be 5 wings, 700 gold per wing, and 35 new cards.
I think the first one may be free but I am a bit confused about that.
The second one - we're getting a classic adventure
Winged Guardian seems great - fair stats, plus taunt, reborn, and evasion makes this a really compelling defensive tool.

These look very strong !
If only the Guardian wasn't a beast, it would be perfect for Hadronox Druid. Two taunts for revive for the price of one, and both sides would come with reborn when resummoned with Hadronox.
Probably that is why it is a beast
Wow, with Grand Lackey Erkh, Priest can finally shine as one of the evil classes and double their Lackey-Generation! Soon they will be able to play about 2 LACKEYS PER GAME!
I don't think it will be enough, but maybe Air Raid could revamp some Wild Even Paladin with Lightfused Stegodon and Level Up!.
