Once again, i can stay with rogue. I am no fan of Pirate rogue and fan of thief rogue so this theme is wonderful for me even if it doesn't work. Thanks blizz.
Looks like Rogue will be annoying once again
Treasure Hunter Eudora - If blizz was smart, theyd make Eudora a rogue skin featuring the signature card art, sold for 20 bucks and very likely theyd make bank. As for the card itself, its kinda a weird one to judge because the loot is actually just the duels treasures similar to kazakusan, and you only get two of them. Only reason why kazakusan worked back then is because you get to discover 5*2 loot and even then it was only ever playable in a class like druid. For rogue though, I can see them finishing the game way more consistently than rely on a 6 mana card that comes with multiple layers of conditions. I dont see why we should even bother with Eudora when new marin is just about as broken if not more so.
Great card art though. A shame that the signature version will likely come bundled with trash no one wants and sold at 50 bucks.
Mestra, Mask Merchant - If I got to be honest, this card can whiff fairly hard since all the KotFT heroes are so godawful weak nowadays theyd probably see zero play in today's meta. And yet for the chance at getting lightforged cariel alone, youd probably just go all in and put this in your deck even if you have no intention whatsoever of playing warlock cards.
Swarthy Swordshiner - Its unironically good in a non-dedicated weapons deck. Prob gonna see play because pirate rogue is likely going to be good enough.
Knickknack shack - I dont understand what this card is accomplishing over cards like dubious purchase which draws you three cards immediately for the same cost plus relief some pressure off the board.
Sea shill - You'll likely see this in paladin. Very often.

I think it is the point of view, i am quite happy to see card like this because if the deck uses dubious purchase countered by a lot of decks, you will know that you can use this one instead.
I do not even think those 2 cards are compareable. They are completely different cards. I mean, you just shouldn't think like what a card can achieve over the other sometimes. It is not always one or another imo and team 5 shouldn't always produce cards for achieving more over another, it just makes power level higher and higher and there is no returning back most of the time. This is an interesting enough card that can do same with Dubious Purchase or less or maybe more that dubious Purchase can't. It is a good touch and i want to try it.

Update: It turns out that we're not getting Demon Hunter reveals today. Only Rogue ones. The "Demon Hunter" reveal is Maestra, and if you saw the reveal video you'd know the context.
But my god was that a stupid decision. The schedule said that we were getting a Demon Hunter reveal, so I made the article (with the thumbnail, text, everything) around the assumption that we were getting a Demon Hunter reveal. Only to find out that they used as a joke that borders on false advertising. It's idiotic. Blizzard, why would you do this? If you're going to reveal a Rogue card, put it on the schedule as a fucking Rogue card! When you put false information on the schedule as a joke, it impedes the process of keeping the reveal season together for all of us.
Blizzard, don't do that again.

Edit: In hindsight, I can see this being really annoying for people who are excited for DH, but not Rogue (not to mention screwing over the person writing the reveal article, I know how that one feels cough Thijs cough). Personally, I like Maestra and Thief Rogue, so this didn't bother me that much, but I understand the annoyance.
