Blizzard's Chris Sierra was out tonight confirming what is coming in the next Hearthstone game update! This is great communication to see from the team, especially since the most recent update just hit earlier today.
Here's everything we know is happening in the next update.
- A new Arena Rotation.
- Fix for the combat/recruit bug in Battlegrounds
- Minion Trigger Speeds across all of Hearthstone are increasing by 300%!

Ok fellow arena players, could you suggest me which classes are good in the format right now please?
I have a free entry and I'd like to make the most out of it :)
Go to hsreplay.net and look at the highest winrate class at arena
I know that source and I'll look at it for sure, but I'd like to hear an opinion from someone that actually plays the format rather than just looking at percentages.
Priest is the best class right now. Other strong classes are Druid, Warlock, Shaman and Warrior.
What sets are in the new arena rotation after the 16.4 patch?
I better get on and play my free arena ticket to 2 losses. Should only be 2 games :P
Have not found it yet but do we know which sets are now in the arena rotation?
The current rotation started on December 10 and is the following sets:
So, basically, knights and dragons.
300% seems like a lot. It’s super usefull for those last second plays, especially on mobile but i hope the more complex animations don’t become weird.
But Reno the relicologist into armor smith could have been sped up by 1000% easily
Aww I loved the “spoiler” at the side :(
Could someone please explain what this means as far as a 'Spoiler'?
Can we get a fix on the recruit/combat spoiler, which tells you if you have won or not, in battlegrounds?
If you're in the middle of combat and the game already knows the outcome is you losing the fight, you'll see the Recruit "button" appear on the right side of the field. Sucks to be "spoiled" :D
I haven't really played battlegrounds much recently but you also could emote when only 2 of you were left during combat and if the emote didn't happen then it means the game is over. I wonder if that's fixed too.
I think I've seen something similar if you hover over the icons on the left, it might show your new health total, or the new total of your opponent. But honestly I'm not much of a BG player. Think I saw something like that once while watching a stream on Twitch. It's another type of spoiler if I saw what I thought I saw.
