I am not able to watch the replay for quite some time, can someone possibly explain what "Spell Locked" means in the Year of the Phoenix Roadmap? Thank you!

They not mention about them but I assume they might be some event/features that they don't want reveal right now.

Question about Ranked rewards update:
These rewards stack now? If you play from Bronze 5 all the way to the Legend it will give you all the rewards for each milestone?
It only makes sense this way, yes . However, getting a couple of rare-s, 4 packs and a random epic at rank 5 , I would not say it is definitely better than an epic-of-your-choice. With the added bonus of duplicate protection, it might be better though.
I think so yes, otherwise the rewards would be worse then what they are now xd

Calling it now expac 3 is finally Darkmoon Faire. The color scheme looks similar the trees are the woods around it, and the nails are from shoddy faire construction. Also comparing the teaser image to the faire it looks almost the exact same as the entrance to the faire's gate.
