  • Not won with it yet, but I manage to lose partly *because* I had it in my hand.

    Playing against a Thief Priest, who milled himself faster than I did, then used Madame Lazul when I had 3 cards remaining, discovered and stole it from me...

  • Well yeah other than Myra's shenanigans (which is probably just a meme) it is too late to do that when you ran out of cards... if you drew your deck you should have killed your opponent. 42/42 stats seems good but doesn't always kill your opponent if they held board clear just for this guy...

  • I don't think Mecathun will be easy to pull off in the new rotation.  This may be more reliable with new cards introduced.  

    I can see Blizzard creating another archtype to battle against OTK decks.  

  • I have a feeling Chef Nomi will be a sleeper this time around.

    • I have the same feeling too. I see Nomi in a heavy control deck in combination with Archivist Elysiana as the only proactive cards in that deck with everything else included being survival/defense/healing/clearing/armor.

  • Because most of the cards that combo with Mecha’thun are rotating, new decks might start using Nomi as a replacement. Dragoncaller Alanna has seen play and this seems much slower. Because of that I think this card will just be a meme, but I could be wrong since Mecha’thun turned out better than everyone expected
