  I don't think this will be played in dragon decks even if it's a dragon but it can find a place in decks like miracle rogue or small spells mage.

  Looking good for the classes with good 1 cost spells and even better for arena

  Possibly run with cyclone mage to get additional spell for cycling, but without Flamewaker it's going to be a bit more difficult to get value from cycling spells apart from cyclone and the new legendary. Overall, a neat card for extra card generation.

  Fro specifically a small-spell Dragon Mage this seems insane.  Between this card, Chenvaala, Azure Explorer, and Arcane Breath, there are amazing supplements to the Mana Cyclone package. 1-cost spells are specific enough that it could be good in other classes too.  You're pretty likely to get Shield Slam with this, and Whirlwind or Improve Morale wouldn't be awful to get either.  After the next rotation, I think Soulfire would be more or less guaranteed for Warlock.

  I agree that this card will be pretty good in dragon/spell mage. The new breathe really helps. I also thing priest has some good one Mana options  to consider. Certainly not op but this will see play somewhere.

  The stats are a little underwhelming, but for any class that has access to good 1 mana spells (MAGE) this guy can seem pretty tempting to add to your new dragon decks.

  Also Dragon Wizards are so cool a concept, I love it
