Lazul & Her Thieving Trolls' Last Hurrah!
- Thief Priest
- Wild

Deck Inspiration
With the release of the Priest rework and the upcoming Standard Rotation, I wanted to create a deck with a lot of flavor that focuses on thieving, Trolls... and trolling!
I originally came up with this idea for wild (deck list at end of guide) when I opened a golden Griftah that I didn't have the heart to disenchant. The goal of the original list was to utilize some of the cards in hearthstone that have a lot of flavor to them and create a certain "aesthetic", but are rarely used due to their inconsistency or weak overall power; this list doesn't sway from that goal either!
Thieving, Trolls ... and Trolling!
Since the amount of "thieving" cards in standard is smaller than in wild, this decklist utilizes many cards that aren't necessarly thieving cards, but simply fit Lazul's "aesthetic"--namely: Forbidden Words, Lazul's Scheme, Whispers of EVIL, and Dark Prophecy). However, the cards in this list are mainly focused on emphasizing the thief priest archetype combined with various Troll-minion cards--the idea being that Lazul rounded up all of her Troll friends to fight with her and for the League of E.V.I.L.!
Titanic Trolls & Trustworthy Tricksters
All of these trolls have seen little to no play throughout their entire time in Hearthstone. Not anymore! Lazul has called upon their unique, thieving talents to help her dismantle all those who stand in the way of her and the League of E.V.I.L.
Lazul's Liegemen
Although they are not actual trolls, these minions are working to help Lazul and the League of E.V.I.L. steal the game away from their opponent. In addition to these minions, Lazul has enlisted the support of Lackeys via Whispers of EVIL and whatever minions she can get her hands on via Dark Prophecy. Together, Lazul's liegemen provide the support she needs to continue her thieving!
Other Cards to Try Out
There are a few thief priest cards I didn't include in this list for the sake of flavor, but, nonetheless, would keep the thief priest archetype in tact. If you want to try out the deck for fun, but you don't have all the cards, some options you could try instead are Holy Water, Mindgames, Mind Control, Mischief Maker, Holomancer, Kobold Stickyfinger, or Azalina Soulthief. Most of them don't fit the flavor of this deck very well, or they don't have strong effects, hence why they aren't in the original list; however, maybe you have Mindgames but not Cabal Shadow Priest and you need to fill that spot.
At the end of the day, this deck is just to have some fun with cards that haven't seen much play, but now have a chance to cause a disturbance before they leave standard for good.
Good luck, and have fun!
