This is a control paladin deck whose win condition is to give permanent buffs to your Silverhand recruits using Pursuit of Justice and Lothraxion, the Redeemed. Eventually, your opponent will not be able to deal with infinite 3/1's with divine shield.
- Pen Flinger is in the deck because you can bounce it multiple times using your secrets.
- Acidic Swamp Ooze is in the deck because I predict there will be a lot of weapons early on in the meta, mainly from rogue.
- Mor'shan Watch post can completely shut down minion-based aggro decks if it can stick on the board.
- Righteous Protector is in the deck because it eats two attacks and is cheap. It will help Mor'shan stay on the board.
- Alexstrasza, the Life-Binder is a great card in this deck because it covers two weaknesses this deck has: hard removal and large life gain.
- Knight of Anointment and Hand of A'dal are decent card draws. Knight of Anointment is particularly good because it can fetch Consecration early on for you.
- Everything else is put into the deck for survivability.

In general, I like the deck idea. I feel like the Pen Flinger/Secret package is pretty weak though. You don't really want to be drawing any secrets, as Paladin just has very weak draw. The only reason I'd put them in is to cheat them out with Sword of the Fallen, and to enable card draw off Northwatch Commander. As you don't run either of these cards, the secrets are just way too weak and pollute your draws. I'd say either expand on the Secret package, or replace it with the Libram package. Other cards I'd cut are Wave of Apathy and Acidic Swamp Ooze. Paladin just sadly does not have the draw to allow for situational, low-impact cards. Adding Libram of Justice and Libram of Hope would also negate the need for Alexstrasza the Life-Binder.
So, I would make either these changes:
- 2x Oh My Yogg!
- 2x Noble Sacrifice
- 1x Hammer of the Naaru
- 2x Wave of Apathy
- 2x Acidic Swamp Ooze
- 1x Alexstrasza the Life-Binder
+ 2x Aldor Attendant
+ 2x Aldor Truthseeker
+ 2x Libram of Hope
+ 2x Libram of Justice
+ 2x Libram of Wisdom
Or these changes:
- 2x Wave of Apathy
- 2x Acidic Swamp Ooze
+ 2x Sword of the Fallen
+ 2x Northwatch Commander
Thanks for the advice. I will definitely consider it as Pen Flinger did seem like a weak inclusion to me as well.
I love the idea, it reminds me of when control paladin played Justicar Trueheart or when Vilefin Inquisitor would get jammed into it for occasional Murloc buffs. I hope it works out, I'll definitely try it!
Thank you! Trump talking about that was my inspiration for this deck!
Feedback:
I wouldn't use Armor Vendor in a deck where you're trying to push damage it defeats the point and you'll end up being short 1-8 damage a lot more.
I would take out 1 Swamp Ooze. No one runs 2 of them in any deck.
I would also take out Mor'shan Watch Post it just seems too slow since it can't attack.
I would add in a Taelan Fordring
Most Importantly :
You have no cards that summon silver hand recruits? Yet you have silver hand recruit synergy cards? Are you new to hearthstone?
This is a control deck. It isn't a midrange deck. It isn't an aggro deck. This deck won't win by pushing damage. It will win by outlasting your opponent until they do not have enough resources to handle your hero power. It is more beneficial to have answers than it is to have cards that summon more recruits. Because it is a control deck. It doesn't matter that Mor'Shan Watchpost can't attack because it will force opponents to trade. We want this to happen because it is a control deck.
You want to be able to either copy Mor'shan or buff it's token or else it is useless.
The silverhand recruit package is useless in this deck
but I won't bother you anymore play whatever you want.
