This deck has existed in the Barrens expansion for a little while, but Bodybuilder updated the list on 4/16 to improve the matchup against Darkglare Warlock. He wrote a very detailed guide for this deck, but you'll see some small inconsistencies in the guide because it was originally written for the previous list before it was updated recently.
