This is a deck made by a player named Sidisi. I saw it played by Dekkster over on YouTube (link below). The idea is to play a typical secret/midrange hunter game and use Vereesa Windrunner to burst out 11+ damage from hand with Thori'dal, the Stars' Fury and Rapid Fire x3 or Kill Command. If you can play Vereesa Windrunner earlier when you are certain your opponent doesn't have any weapon removal then you can obviously get quite a bit more burst damage from hand over multiple turns.

The main drawback to the deck is card draw. You have Ursatron which pulls another Ursatron, Zilliax or SN1P-SN4P which seems to work out more than you would think. You also have Subject 9 to thin the secrets out of your deck.

In my opinion, I'm not entirely sure what Houndmaster Shaw is doing in the deck. Perhaps you could replace him with another mech for Ursatron to pull or swap in another tech card like Harrison Jones, Unleash the Hounds or Deadly Shot.
