The goal of this deck is to summon Highkeeper Ra!

We can do this by reducing an Elekk with Scarlet Webweaver!

That way we can play the following on the same turn:

Cultist, Elekk, Elekk, Baleful, Baleful

Now we just need to draw the six Cultist we just shuffled and play the final one to summon Ra!

This is incredibly challenging in Hunter.
