Is the update for rise of the mech on mobile live already? So much talk and hype on Sn1p-Sn4p, i can't wait.

How consistent have you found the card as a stand-alone or as a combo? I'm mainly asking hoping that as a combo it isn't too problematic in hopes that Mechwarper doesn't end up getting nerfed in wild.

How long does it usually take to carry the update after it goes live?

So I've been messing around with the idea of dual type shaman decks for a little while now (I originally got the idea from the player "Heeljin" so props for that, and also for teaching me the value of magnetic).
There's loads of ways to do it, this is just one of them.
I have one here that is part elemental/overload and part mech. It also has a slight token flavour to it, and by that I mean it is sticky. We have ways of making token death rattles, which is a very valuable ability in this meta. Soul of the Murloc can be added to make the deck even more sticky, then when combined with electra too, forget about it, something is sticking around to get buffed next turn for lethal. Ideally though we want mech adds or elemental adds for this deck to take advantage of the synergies for buffing.
other things I considered adding were things like hagatha the witch, although I do feel this deck wants to win before then. also maybe adding the new murloc would be great as having 2 activators is enough really to get value. Do you think Hench clan hag would be better than amalgam considering the token/buff/evolve aspect of the deck? (I honestly think amalgam is great here at getting a target to stick for magnetize, as they aren't expecting you to stick a mech on it at all. It's also a great target for earthen might)
anyway, the main goal for me here is to make something of my own, that is fun and has interesting gameplay, but also wins. I know the deck is viable as I've been playing renditions of it for over a month now, I'm just interested to see what other people think, and maybe learn a thing or 2 from each other.
here is the link to my new version anyway. thanks for your interest, it's always appreciated (especially the negative comments. we can't learn from our mistakes, if we aren't even aware of them in the first place)
I have 2 EVIL Cable Rat cards in my arena deck. Neither is triggering a lackey when I play the card. Wish I'd known before making the deck!

Figured we should have a thread to share tips and strategies for the latest and IMO greatest solo adventure. Having a lot of fun with this one despite lots of losses! After hitting my head against the wall trying to beat chapter 1 on heroic, I finally managed it using an odd deck I didn't think would work.
Class/Power/Deck: Mage, Burning Wit, BURN!
Treasures: EVIL Propaganda, Scepter of Summoning, Crystal Gem, Hyperblaster
Started trying to go for an inspire deck since you'll get lots of use out of the Burning Wit hero power, but after getting Scepter as my 2nd treasure I went for big minions. Ended up with a nice mix of big spells and legendary minions. Managed to get lucky and pull EVIL Propaganda as the spell to reduce cost in one of the bartender stages, and had a "reduce random card to zero cost" proc on a Sunreaver Warmage. Most fights were over quickly thanks to lots of removal and early play of big minions that were hard to deal with like Sneed's Old Shredder and Rhonin.
Can't remember who I had for the first 6 bosses, but the last three were Ar'ha, Noz and Gallywix of course. Here's how I handled them:
Ranger Ar'ha was easy. I let her fill her board with 1 and 2 attack creatures, didn't kill the coin cache, and just went straight for face with my higher attack minions. She went for face too, but with such low attack minions she couldn't kill me first. Seems like her AI isn't coded to sacrifice her weak minions to make room for stronger battlecries.
Noz Timbertail was a tough fight early, but I managed to steal his board which included Shaku, the Collector using an early EVIL Propaganda. After that I played Giggling Inventor to protect Shaku and kept stealing his rogue cards which were great for keeping his board clear. I managed to get an Ogre Ninja which got the +2 attack from his hero power and that sealed the game.
Gallywix was very difficult. Had to be careful and play around his hero power by making sure the first card I played each turn was one I didn't mind him copying. Probably very obvious strategy, but when you play a regular coin as the first card he will copy that and replace it with a Gallywix coin. Helped me get out some good minions early. Ended up stealing a Burgly Bully with Sylvanas Windrunner later in the fight to gain some extra coins to bait out his hero power.
Hope this is interesting and/or helpful. Look forward to seeing other folks post their strategies! I'm working on Chapter 2 Heroic right now, will post back with more if there's interest.

So I wanted to try out some deathrattle stuff especially with the coming Necromechanic buff.
The deck has a slow start but powerful mid to late game so it struggles versus aggro as expected.. I plan to add powerful cards to it too.. so craft Sneed's Old Shredder , Sylvanas Windrunner or N'Zoth, the Corruptor ?

I think this mage deck is a good enough tier 2 deck. The winrate i have with this deck until now is 7-1. It allows you to swing the game tide probably every time on turn 6 or 7, sometimes even turn 5. It has good control and grinding tools against aggro decks in wild. Not sure about the matchup with big priest, but sylvanas will help you win these games. The deck has a lot of healing, freezing, armor gain tools which allow you to get in turn 5 usually without a problem. After the buffs today, you could also add Luna's Pocket Galaxy for extra spice and maybe change the deck a little. As many conjure's calling decks this allows for many manual modifications if you want. Check it out and i'm open to any ideas. Deck ID Not Found

I love the idea of a Pogo Hopper Deck, but I don't know if there's enough card that synergize with it to build a whole deck around it. I have a pretty good run going, currently at 8/1. I want to keep playing, but it might be that afterwards the arena will be locked and I won't get the free ticket/pack. I feel that I am unjustly punished for actually playing arena.
People who play no arena can leave a run open for several days, they don't care. Still they get their free ticket+pack. This compensation mechanism is rigged towards the abusers.

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone else has a "hearthstone persona" or "gaming persona" that you wouldn't ever tell your Friends and Family About!
So as you see I am clearly a toxic Player, but only so in hearthstone. I have no reasoning or Agenda for my behavior. I am generally a chill player, easy to communicate with in mobas, WoW raiding etc.
It is neither "blowing off steam" nor making me feel superior, it's just "part of the game" for me. Maybe I encountered that behavior in opponents before and felt like it got to me, so I feel the urge to give it back. It boggles me though, as i dont feel like I am that kind of a narrow-minded Person in any other part of gaming or life in General.
What is it that makes hearthstone, and only hearthstone bring out the worst, most destructive and pathetic behavior in me? Is anyone Feeling similar?
Cheers
P.s: I know that showing self-reflexion and awareness of toxic behavior does not justify it by any means or redeem me in any way as a Player.

Context - I was playing token druid, opponent was on bomb warrior. I was rank 6, 5 stars; he was rank 5.
On turn 2, I went face instead of trading with his Loot Hoarder, allowing him a free trade with my Dire Wolf Alpha. I'm fully aware that this looks like a mistake, but against a warrior, it's extremely important to get in as much damage as possible as early as possible with token druid, due to board wipe potentials. So I know it looks foolish, but I do it anyways. He emotes, "That was a mistake." I think I muted him.
I do, in fact win the game. Apparently he didn't have board wipes. I think I emoted "well played," because I always do that. To me, it's meant to be a polite way to end a game. Am I crazy to think it's polite to end a game with "well played"? Should I just never emote? Anyways, here's what happened after the game. The filtered words are f-bombs. (Side note: I'm married and have two children.)
Edit: Apparently I am inept at using the image insertion feature. Basically he screamed at me for emoting and then unfriended. I friended him again to inform him he did first, and he screamed some more. Here's the image link: Screen Capture of the comments
