Decorating Dalaran!
The League of E.V.I.L. is feeling festive! Build a deck to spruce up Dalaran for the holidays (and dispense with those pesky defenders). With the help of an E.V.I.L. henchperson how many decorations can you put up?
You'll be attacking the City of Dalaran to put up decorations!
- Every few turns a Large EVIL Gift will appear on the opposing side. Killing it gives you a treasure.
- Watch out for the Armory - the City of Dalaran's weapon.
- It gains an extra attack each turn, and is used in attack and health calculations for some of the partygoers.

I use Wild robot hunter, EZ pack, 100+ damage
Pretty disappointing you only get a regular classic pack, got to 700+ dmg with George.poison +divine shield cleans up quickly once you stabilize.
Hello, It is I scientist bagel I've done some experimenting in this brawl and have some results for you guys!
If Dalaran somehow steals a hero card they'll play it but turn back to Dalaran at the end of turn. Armor does not affect it if you give them armor from weapons project you'll still increase the HP without losing their armor. Some heroes have different hero powers than normal notably everyone except shaman.
Mage has burning wit, Hunter has the shifting chameleon one, Warrior has -hp +2atk, Shaman has normal power, Rouge has add a random (neutral) card to your hand, Paladin has give divine shield, Druid has give +1/+1, Warlock has deal 2 to self and summon 2/2, and Priest has swap atk and hp.
Dalaran's hero power can summon the following. ,ArchmageVargoth[Hearthstone Card (CardID or Name) Not Found], the party-goers (gain +1hp taunt and gain +1/+1),ArcaneServent, That 5/4 divine shield that I forgot the name of.
That's all at the moment and also DO NOT play murky's battle horn because it ends the game in a tie
The main focus is to damage the opponent's hero as much as possible. All you have to do is get the opponent to 30. However, along the way you have to destroy the opponent's weapon a few times (I used minions that do that--Acidic Swamp Ooze and Corrosive Sludge) because the opponent plays minions whose stats equal the amount of the opponent's weapon's attack and durability, which increase with every turn. Since I used a Rogue, I used cards (mainly the Lab Recruiter) that enabled me to shuffle more copies of a minion into my deck so I could duplicate the weapon destroying minions, or to duplicate the Lab Recruiter. I then used battlecry minions and spells that hurt the opponent's hero or enable you to do damage--especially with combos, as well as cards that reduced my spell cost to zero--minions like Leper Gnome, Serpent Ward, Nightblade, etc.; spells like Eviscerate, Preparation, etc. To these I added some taunt minions and several minions that either silence taunt or silence minions in general.
I was not playing to win, just to get 30 points scored on the opponent. For some reason, in one scenario both the opponent and I blew up. In my winning game, I got maybe 48 points on the opponent and it blew up for some reason. I have no idea why.
Just because there's been a lot of confusion...
Every point of damage you do to the boss increases the boss's health by one, and notionally "puts up a decoration".
You need to do 30 damage to the boss ("put up 30 decorations") before you die. And critically, you need to die after putting up those decorations.
I played Jade Druid, got control of the board, and did like 300 damage before I gave up and conceded. But because I conceded instead of dying, I didn't win the brawl and get my pack.
After another couple of tries, I was in the same situation--and after I did 30 damage, I just hit "end turn" until the boss was able to kill me, and I got my pack.
One other note, you can use this brawl to do your daily quests (like any other tavern brawl, even though it's solo content).
Another PSA is DO NOT use bounce effects on the dalaran guys because they keep the buffs when bounced so sap and sekhat sapper accordingly can doom you.
How do I win this thing?
I made more than 2000 damage as Jade Druid, didn't win. Milled It, didn't win. Let It kill me playing as suicide warlock, didn't win.
Deal 30+ damage and then let it win, I think it worked for me but might not for you
*Present gives murky's horn* Oh you shouldn't have, but really you shouldn't have this still crashes the game.
Joke aside playing the horn kills both players so dont play it
So... That is how I died
Yep... huge time sink for a classic pack. Pass.
It was worse to me. I won a card back
I too got a card back and I'm extremely happy about it!
Don't want to waste my time for 30 dust. The first brawl so far which I'm not going to win.
This Brawl is cool, but I really was expecting a Brawliseum
Is this brawl broken? I got it over 300 damage and didn't get rewarded a pack.
I think you have to let the city win? I ran a Jade Druid, got to about 60-some health and then it killed me and I won.
I did 534 damage and got the pack. So maybe 500 is the threshold?
Just used a regular Quest Jade Druid to go infinite. One of the few times I've been reminded that Jades cap at 30/30 lol.
Lots of stuff in this brawl make no sense. The 0/x taunt guys seem to gain an arbitrary amount of health and when I tried to swap a 0/7 ones's attack and health it just gained health again instead of dying making it an 7/7.
