This Soul Hunter meta better allow the Fragments to be shuffled back in, otherwise the best draw cards are useless.
Very strong, but it won't make the cut some of the time unlike the other fragment cards. I said the same in Malicia's review, I think there will be some lists that forego the control cards and just make an aggressive list with the bare minimum fragment cards for the aggressive payoff in lapidary. I don't think those lists will run this, but we'll have to wait and see.
Looks kinda average to be honest. Demon Hunter already has plenty of ways to deal with smaller boards. They also don't really have a lategame win condition so I don't see why you would run a dedicated control deck.
I tried having fun once.

This is a bit better, if there ends up being a DH Control archetype with soul fragments this will surely find a home there.
Hellfire but for 1 mana less and you get a 3/2 minion. Yeah, I think this card is powerful enough to see play, it may even get nerfed to 4 mana.

Strong Control DH card. Will certainly see play, as long as Control DH works. Which i.m.o. is a small chance, considering Soulshard Lapidary and Marrowslicer will make aggro/tempo DH a terrifying force, and Shardshatter Mystic has 0 synergy with aggro/tempo DH.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Of course, I'd definitely play this in Fragment DH. 3 damage AoE on a 3/2 for 3 is insane.
Good if demon hunters ever need a board clear in a more midrange archetype, but this alone won't make that viable.

If control DH will be a deck, it will be because of this card. It's like a better Duskbreaker, which was insane.
Seems strong to me, the soul fragment cards seem good enough as well so control DH new meta?

Edit: on second thought... THIS CARD IS INSANE.
There aren't a ton of cheap ways to generate Soul Fragments, so this may not go off on curve. That said, Duskbreaker is a 4-drop and it's great, so this doesn't need to go off exactly on curve to be really effective.

So now Duskbreaker goes to DH town, this will be powerful if we can consistently shuffle soul fragment on the early impactful turns.
Strong addition to Demon Hunter. 3 Mana 3/2 is ok - but it´s kinda like Hellfire on a Stick. Because you not only deal 3 to all other minions you also get a 3/2 body.

Probably just a decent highlander card, where losing early tempo isn't exactly uncommon, so this card can bring it back to you with a minion on board to boot.
3 damage is good. Had this been 2 damage instead it would straight up be unplayable.
Mandatory board clear for slower decks. Should be really important both in the early and later turns.
3 mana 3/2 is pretty bad for stats, although a Bloodfen Raptor that comes with a board clear does sound pretty nice.
Demon Hunter's board removal is also pretty weak, they're very reliant on using either their face or minions, and they sometimes can't compete with opponents who can swarm the board if they don't have Altruis the Outcast in hand.
So another board clear available to DH is what they need for any hopes of a control shell.
3 mana AOE is not bad, it's seen play with Hellfire, and instead of 4 mana that also deals damage to your opponent it only damages minions, letting you save your health for later.
This minion's only weakness aside from it's cost is the requirement of a soul fragment in your deck. If you haven't been able to place any fragments this is a weak minion that will do nothing to win you the game
In my opinion, if a control style DH is to emerge, it will be on the back of this card. Chaos Nova deals one more damage, but costs 2 more and doesn't leave a 3/2 behind. Even in tempo DH you can slap one copy in a Soul Fragment deck to tech against other tempo decks..
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)

I'm really liking the look of this new Soul Shard system myself. Adding a possible early-game board clear to DH is a good idea to help it branch out more.

Yeah, DH doesn't want to clear boards that often, unless you're going for a Big Demons control type thing. Maybe?

I suppose it has to be about as easy to activate as Duskbreaker, or else it won't won't be good enough for DH.
I like how they have incorporated Soul Shards into the game, it's a good concept. We'll see how it works.
Really powerfull Effect for the Cost, but the Condition could be tough.
If you want to play this on Curve and stop Aggro (which I assume is the biggest Appeal of this Card), you not only need to play either Spirit Jailer or Soul Shear first, you also need to not draw the [Hearthstone Card (Soulshard) Not Found].

Best soul fragment card for sure. I really wonder why this is not a dual class card.
Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
3 mana for 3 damage AoE plus a 3/2 body is really good, the issue is does this make sense in a Tempo DH or will a slower DH make sense in Scholomance? Tempo DH cares a lot about early board presence, so I don't think this makes sense there. I also don't think a Midrange/Control DH has enough tools to work. Even if you run all the Soul Fragment package in DH, I don't think that's enough for a win condition, and slower DH don't have a consistent win condition now and they aren't getting much going into Scholomance. I think Shardshatter Mystic will work down the line, just not in the Scholomance meta.

It's a strong tool for control deck, but right now DH has played tempo. In a tempo deck this card can't play...and also this card require that "fragment mechanics" work

This looks like a very nice AoE. I hope Soul Fragments will be playable and they give rise to a midrangy control DH.
good cost, balanced stats and a nice effect... you will need to play soul shard cards but in those decks i see it as being one of the best cards

I wrote that I liked all the Soul Fragment cards, but this one I'm none too sure about. Can a Control DH work?
This effect is obviously ridiculously strong, but I don't think this will actually see much play simply because Demon Hunter prefers to have tempo minions on board, and this card ruins that game plan.
In the future when a control archetype is competitively viable for DH, I see this card being a nightmare to play against since it is arguably a better version of Duskbreaker. Until then, I don't think this will be used in Soul Fragment decks for DH since DH stills wants that tempo game plan.

Anything involving the Soul Fragments mechanic gets 5 stars from me! Fairly easy set up for a decent board clear effect if you fall behind.

It'll only see play in a more control style big demon deck. Would be tricky slotting this into tempo DH and waiting to NOT kill your own minions.

It's weird that this is probably the weakest of the Soul Fragment pay-offs, because on paper it looks insanely strong. I just don't know that they really need something like this.
