Hearthstone has put out a couple of hotfixes for Duels this evening that removes a card and fixes our Paladin friend, Turalyon.
Quote From @PlayHearthstone Robes of Gaudiness has been removed from the passive Treasure pool.
Loot buckets will now populate properly when playing as Turalyon, the Tenured in Duels.

I had a 12-1 run all because of Robes of Gaudiness yesterday. Glad they removed it since I was able to win before turn 4 most of the time due to cheap 2 cost Blessing of Authority buffs. I knew it wouldn't stay in there for too long...half cost (rounded down) cards are totally broken even in the normal dungeon runs.
I'm in the middle of a Turalyon run right now, and experienced two empty buckets (i.e. an empty bucket with no name, and one intentionally empty "no more" bucket) and I played against someone with Robes of Gaudiness (though I guess maybe they started their run before the fix?). Seems like this isn't really resolved yet.
Try restart the HS app with empty bucket (it will offer you all 3 then)
Releasing obviously broken stuff. What could go wrong? So players are being used as beta testers? No that's not true. Thats impossible!
Except they've been doing it for ages. But since so far it's casual mode so i guess theres no problem
It's explicitly early access, so everyone playing obviously knows they're effectively beta testers. They have weeks to tweak and/or fix it before it really needs to be ready for prime time.
They did it to give you something obvious to complain about, and you took the bait hard.
Robes are currently still in, I was just offered them in a run I started about 20 minutes ago.
It's weird that they included a nerfed version of the "gain 1 empty mana" Treasure but thought that Robes of Gaudiness was okay despite being one of the most powerful Treasures they ever made.
We'll see how long it takes for Band of Bees to get sacked. But until then, Pen Flinger, I choose you!
Thank the lord, I was worried it would take awhile for guadiness to get sacked.
I'm surprised they included it to begin with, since it was already overpowered in the single player version.
For sure, it is often the easiest way to steamroll a single player run. Absolutely broken. I guess what you want for duels is mildly broken stuff.
Yeah I really don't get how they come to the conclusion that halving the cost of stuff is fine but at the same time they feel they need to nerf the Crystal Gem into the ground to the point where it is almost irrelevant.
Is it irrelevant? You can always cast hero power on turn 1 that way there are still 18 unrevealed hero powers if your hero power is high tempo you can always do it turn 1.. Or an aggro deck that can play 2 1 drops or a 2 drop and get ahead as far as I have seen most passive were heavily nerfed.
I mean maybe there is a deck that cares, you're not wrong. So far I don't feel like it is good enough in most decks though, and at least with the hero powers we have right now none of them are really worth using right away on turn 1.
I could be wrong but aren't the first passives of the run a nerfed or weak one and the second ones the original or stronger ones?
I think that there was an attempt to make power ramp start small then go crazy deep into a run.
