It's not too hard to have one secret in play turn 2, and the power of two 3/3s for 3 is notable.
I would look out for this card.
This card looks pretty powerful. Getting two 3/3s on turn 3 is really good tempo, and it isn't hard to do in a secret based deck. This will definitely see play in a lot of hunter decks moving forward.
3 mana 3/3 isn't great, but 3 mana 6/6 is STRONG
Hunter's use of the Phasestalker and tour guide can make this a strong turn 3, I believe. The only problem is what do you slot out for this spell?
very powerful in Wild where spell hunter can be a thing. pretty weak in Arena, I'd think

If you've been able to drop a lot of secrets, totally valuable along with using the Emerald Spellstone

This card isn't bad with just one secret, it's even better with more.
Turn 3 '6/6' into turn 4 '7/7' is gonna be crazy hard to keep with for other classes. Even supports Blstenheimer since its a way to get early board control without actually running cheap minions.
A very notable thing about this card is that it's a spell that summons a minion, which is a great support for Maxima Blastenheimer decks.
Curves out well into two 3/3s on 3, assuming that your opponent don't proct your secrets. Very likely one of the better hunter cards, but will end up mostly in face hunter decks. If there's more card draw incoming then we might actually see a resurgence of secret hunter.
This card looks pretty strong.
Playing this with 1 secret is decent value, with 2 secrets that's a lot of value.
At the very least, this card will make drawing a secret on your opening hand not as painful.

This card would make more sense thematically if it had something to do with beasts. Guess the strider is a beast :)
Similar to Emerald Spellstone but this card requires the secrets to still be active
Seems really strong. There are plenty of way to tutor out secrets, for example Phase Stalker can give you a bunch of secrets. And in WILD it might actually make secret hunter viable again. (It lacked the ability to make giant boards, besides Lesser Emerald Spellstone.)
Standard: This will 100% see play. Probably in highlander hunter, and perhaps in Secret aggro Hunter. It has a lot of synergy already, and i'm pretty sure they are going to print a new secret for hunter. (It would be weird if they printed a secret hunter card, but only printed a single one. And in the announcement video they said that there were lots of secrets, or something along those lines)
Wild: This will be a really strong card, BUT hunter is TRASH right now in Wild. However i think secret hunter might be a tier 2 deck, because of it's big synergy with cards like Lesser Emerald Spellstone, Subject 9, Cloaked Huntress, Masked Contender and Mad Scientist. It's unfortunate its not EVEN costed, because Even Hunter would have loved this card, i think.
I like this! Secret hunter is a fun archetype and this is a really strong card if you have more than one secret in play.
I haven't played Spell Hunter in a long time. This could make it fun! (Wild, of course)
Wouldn't be too surprised to see a lot of these guys in the near future.
Pretty strong in Secret Hunter and also pretty darn good in almost every hunter deck because in most lists there are a few secrets involved.
I think a secret hunter in wild will make a lot a scary boards just from the air with this
You'd probably only want to play this in Hunter decks that are very dedicated to Secrets, as other Hunter decks don't usually keep a high amount of Secrets on the board. In dedicated Secret Hunters though, this can provide a lot of quick board presence and reach so it might be exciting to try out.
I don't think you'd trigger this on curve though since you don't normally want to play a Secret on turn 2 and most Secrets don't last multiple turns.
Seems very strong as people mentioned it's reminiscent of the spellstone a really good card (that got nerfed!)
Looks pretty good. When Maxima Blastenheimerdonger was revealed, I expected some tools to make a spell/big minion Hunter hybrid at least possible to make. What made spell Hunter good in the past was thair ability to summon minions through spells and this card is a perfect example of how to do it, and in a relatively powerful way.
I’m still trying to work out if I think this is better to or worse than spellstone. On the one hand this can give you a lot more of a payoff, but spellstone is permanently buffed while this is dependent on your opponent not triggering secrets.
Im on the fence and time will tell if this is a good card in the long run.
THe darkmoon strider art is cute.
As for the card itself, it's very good secret support - might be able to raise the deck into viability in wild.

Best Card that Hunter got imo.
On Average, you should'nt have too much of a Problem to have this summon 2 Minions on T3. There's the new Secret, Open the Cages, and a Couple of others, that usually don't trigger that easily early on in the Game.
You could probably put this into any Hunter Deck that runs 2 different Secrets, have it perform just fine.

Two 3/3s on turn 3 is insanely powerful, not to mention that it can summon more 3/3s you draw this later in the game. Secrets have proven to be good tempo for Hunter and this just pushes that notion over the top. I think Highlander Hunter would love this, Face Hunter might consider it, and there might just be a dedicated Secret Hunter because Petting Zoo is so powerful.
Super strong card, playable on turn 3 for two 3-3's, or later for even more. I love this card so much.
Situational card, would be much better (perhaps even OP) if it counted amount of secrets played this game.

Essentially Emerald Spellstone, but can come out sooner. This will have a place in the meta for sure.
Actually pretty strong in secret hunter. I'm not sold that it has enough yet, but am hoping that it is.

Yeah, I fully expect to see 2-3 Darkmoon Striders at a time against Hunter. And given that said traps are probably Snake Trap and Pack Tactics, deceptively sticky 3/3s.
This just won't do enough. Hunter secrets trigger to reliably for you to get much value off this in the early game and you probably won't want the game to last long enough to make a value combo play from it.
It's a lot of stats just having one Secret up, and a huge punish for an opponent who doesn't want to risk triggering your Secrets. Not to mention the new Hunter Secret that your opponent just can't trigger if you don't want them to.
Absolutely nuts. Wouldn't be surprised to see it nerfed just like Lesser Emerald Spellstone was.
