The stats are good for 6 Mana and the effect is OK, but Taunt Warrior never really worked last time so unless they release more cards to push the archetype I can't see it working this time either.
6/10 in Standard but a cautious 8/10 in Wild for the Memes.
I would increase attack by 3 and reduce cost by 2. I'm feeling cute today too, so maybe add overload 2.

Dr Boom was very busy creating weapons for different animals: wasps, armadillos, I am still waiting for a shark with lasers attached into his head.

Also, while end of turn effects are usually good, it strikes me as odd to slap it onto a taunt minion, since those are usually the first to die.
I could see it in some Taunt/Rush hybrid deck with Oondasta, War Bears and Witchwood Grizzly. It also hits Zilliax, which is always welcome. Maybe there's even some mech-taunt shenanigans to be had.
If only this was a Druid card
You can generally expect end-of-turn effects to go off only once. If your opponent cannot remove a good end-of-turn effect immediately, often you have already won. See for example Ysera, The Lich King.

It's a beast! Maybe with Oondasta and Amani War Bear, also Witchwood Grizzly
Don't forget Direhorn Hatchling, and with all the deathrattles we might as well want N'Zoth, the Corruptor in the deck. Now, Primordial Drake is probably in the deck already as an activator for Acolyte of Pain, Battle Rage, Execute, and Sleep with the Fishes, so I'm thinking The Curator, a taunt, could work as card draw. Now we just slap Chillmaw in there because it has taunt, dragon tag and a deathrattle and I think a Taunt Deathrattle Beast Dragon Warrior could be, well, not good, but a bit better than it sounds like.
Man, it would be some kind of... Beast War.
That's just prime.
