Damage (that can go face) + Unlock + Tradeable?
I see very few reasons to not include this card in any deck.
Ignoring Perpetual Flame memery What actual use does this have in Standard?
Shaman really doesn't overload nearly as much as they used to and despite this being very good I can hardly see myself using this in any existing Shaman deck (or any future ones for that matter).
There would have to be a really overpowered card with Overload (5) to justify this.
On the flipside, every Overload card in the future becomes more playable because of this.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Off the top of my head: Lightning Bloom, Lightning Bolt, Serpentshrine Portal, Doomhammer.
You don't even have to play it for damage, even the unlocks have good value. Plus it's also tradable, so you can easily cycle this for a better play.
Insta 5 star card, just because its so good. Not overloaded or overload cards in hand, trade it away. Overloaded? just go SMOrc.
Super good card, and gets better with every overload card added. (in b4 shaman quest is "overload x mana crystals)
Of course the problem with overload is that it's often combined with very... average/bad cards, lets hope some GOOD overload cards get printed alongside it.
Worst case scenario it might not be good now, but Overdraft will become one of shamans best cards soon enough. (mostly because it basicly removes overload.)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Can it deal more damage than the mana you "have"? For example if I play 2 Lightning Blooms on turn 1 and then play Overdraft, can it deal 4 damage? I assume it does take the potential overload into account and not the current overload displayed on the mana bar.
Its just nuts. Option to trade for card, removes the overload bs, and able to hit face for around 3-6 damage. Available via Wandmaker. Can there be a better card for shaman in standard right now?
The downsides are the paltry fact that its not a nature spell so your dungeoneer can naturally whiff.
Simply imagine cards like Perpetual Flame shenanigans, double Lightning Bloom into Earth Elemental turn 2 with no downsides. Hell just lightning bloom twice put a bunch of stuff down and deal 4 damage with 1 mana. If this doesn't get nerfed, or causes cards like lightning bloom to get nerfed, at some point I'd be surprised.
This is a very interestingly designed card. And as many ppl are suggesting, Perpetual Flame + Overdraft can be the nuts. This card also incentivises you to play more overload cards to get more damage. Also I'm guessing it's useless in other classes right? It would deal zero damage?
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Seems decent enough to see play. Even if it`s only to unlock the crystals - the damage is kinda just the cherry on top :)

Amazing card, especially when combined with Perpetual Flame. Also great with aggro card like Lightning Bolt and Serpentshrine Portal, since it lets you turn their drawback into more damage. The only problem is that it's not a Nature spell, which makes it clash with Primal Dungeoneer.
This is a nice use of the tradable mechanic. Current Shaman decks don't overload every turn, even those that historically used overload didn't hit that every turn. You won't ever really feel bad about having this in hand.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Very flexible utility tool for Shaman. It can serve as draw and just like Lava Shock it can be a removal and it can unlock your overload. And yes, that card can cry in a corner now. I've got a feeling we can expect some more overload cards for Shaman and that we will see this card a lot on Standard ladder, not so much in Arena, and maybe in Wild in an Agrro/Burn Shaman deck with 1 or 2 more new cards.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Yeah... Suddenly shaman gets bunch of support... Card is good but hopefully doesn't make shaman too good

Always a fan of overload shaman support. I could definitely see this being played in a control shaman deck that really struggles with overload. I play a lot of shudderwock shaman and cards like Sandstorm Elemental or Lightning Storm are strong, but overloading your shudderwock turn can be extremely crippling. This fixes that problem while also providing some removal and a niche way to cycle through your deck, which is also something control shaman lacks.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
Deal damage, unlock overload and tradeable. I think this is quite a powerful card. Easily do 4ish damage on a 1 is fine especially when it hits face. Cycles if you can't use it. Strong card for sure.

FINALLY! An unlock card for Shaman with great value to boot!
The only downside to this is that we can all foresee that shaman will prob.ably get nerfed because the support it receives will be too great
This will get nerf, what I don't know if it will be becasuse of wild, I mean, I play wild from time to time and this just seems broken.
This card is amazing. So much so, that if burn shaman becomes too good, I suspect this will be a potential nerf target to 2 mana. Its basically Lava Shock that can deal more damage, cheaper, and has a tradeable keyword. Crazy strong as is!
I've been playing a bit of FunkiMonki's Burn Shaman, and this is looking quite potent for the deck; extra damage, you can trade it away in the early turns for your removal, or just use it as utility to unlock your mana. Though that deck probably needs to be reworked a little since Overdraft notably isn't a Nature spell. Could open up for Perpetual Flame as being core card, punishing the opponent for having a wide board and completely undoing the Overload cost.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Smells like a cheap mana-cheating tool - should see fair amount of play, unless Shamy's class identity was to change ^^
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
I don't see Overdraft as much of a overload synergy as it is card draw/burst for Shamans to not use the Elemental package (like in a spell damage Shaman deck).
Whether those archetypes can outshine Elemental Shaman, that's a different story.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
This card is insane! Unlocking overloaded crystals hasn't been seen in standard in a long time, and this can also remove a minion or go face. And it only costs 1 mana! And it's Tradeable!

I'm guessing overloading a lot in one turn is going to become a lot more popular because of this card.
Finally some payoff for overload.
CRAZY! Great damage potential for the low cost of 1. And also... It is tradable! They really want overload shaman to work now.
Lemushki - The one and only since the 2006 rebranding.
Massively better than Lava Shock and Tradeable too, I will enjoy experimenting with this card in Wild especially.
There is probably a magical Xmas land where this is insane. Consistency is probably an issue, and tradable really helps.
Chumbawumba is the worst band name.
Can you overload 9 mana crystals? Yes... but why? Now this is why.
Papa Nurgle wants to share his gifts.
very good card
I am 69 years old and still reach Legend
This seems incredibly strong, and if it isn't blizzard will push even more overload later to make it work. I expect to die to this a lot.
Wow, very powerful overload support for standard and wild, unlock your overloaded mana for 1 mana is just too good to no auto include
A good card even without the Tradeable keyword or the extra damage, this will make completing the Shaman questline a breeze
I was really down on this until I realised it can go face. Seems like a worthy inclusion in an Overload-centric deck, but not something you just toss in if you only have a few. Tradeable obviously great, as always.
